Bought a pc and had a problem with it , took it back and they fixed it fairly quick

I was trying to load and connect a new app for checking my solar panels but with no success. Morgan arrived and after using the instructions provided even he could not load it however he managed it by a different method.

I’ve had our computer in twice in two days and each time we have had excellent service. Thank you!

Can’t say enough about the service that these guys provided.
After a recommended system / software upgrade, my PC was not responding to any instructions.
After following the Co-Pilot instructions to try to fix the issue, for a couple of hours, I ended up in a dark and scary place, nothing I tried worked.
The following day Hybrid had me up and running again in 24 Hours.
Even offered to carry the PC back to the car!

Was looking for a secondary laptop I could play around with, (re)learn coding before AI starts doing it all for us, try out different Linux distros etc.

Popped in to see what they had in stock refurbished and nothing really met my criteria. Morgan offered to reach out and see if they could find anything more to my liking. After just a couple of days they had found something that met my requirements and my budget.

Very knowledgable, very helpful, went above and beyond. Everyone I have dealt with at this company was excellent.

Purchased a gaming PC bundle for teenager's Xmas (sorry for taking so long to post a review!) from hybridgaming. Fantastic service, very informative and patient explaining types of PC to a very unknowledge parent. Teenager over the moon. Great to have such an amazing company in our local area. My daughter’s Nintendo switch wasn’t charging. The guys at Hybrid Gaming explained what would need replaced and I was given a quote for repairs there and then. I received updates and had the switch back sooner than expected. All working perfectly again. Highly recommend! Thank you! ☺️

Just a BIOS update but they fitted me in perfectly within 24 hours which worked perfectly for me! Wouldn’t go anywhere else…top service as always.

was told to check them out from a workmate from Ellon so went onto there website had a look at all they offered and chose he pc i wanted bought the pc and told it would be ready for the weekend told them didn,t need it Monday got email from them saying the motherboard had developed a fault when testing the pc said they would replace the board and retest everything honky dory picked up on Tuesday affo well pleased with the unit and service

Super helpful, resourceful and friendly staff who were very willing to problem solve with me and were very upfront on pricing and outcomes.

I had an issue with my old laptop, slow running and issues with apps. Contacted Hybridgaming who couldn’t have been more helpful, listened to my issues and proposed two fix options, do an upgrade on my old machine or their recommended solution was to transfer existing data onto a reconditioned laptop which would be much faster and have up to date software. Opted for the reconditioned laptop and whilst I was there they also fixed an issue with my iPhone emails caused by a storage glitch for an app.
Delighted with the new faster laptop, could access all my documents/photos and was able to connect to my printer with no issues.
Can’t fault the service given and appreciated them taking time to explain things to me as I’m not that technically minded! Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Thanks!

Got work cabin outside behind house and wanted WiFi to use laptop for work. The guys discussed it in the office when I went to enquire, came up with a couple of potential solutions then arrived and fitted a working set up in about ten minutes. Terrific , works well, easy to use. Thanks folks. Great local service and fair price too.
