Quick to build the pc and really appreciate them rushing it to get done.

Was some delay due to snow but they got it done quickly regardless do reccomended.

I couldnt fine anywhere else to leave a review so putting it here. I bought my used gaming PC from Hybrid mid-2025, I've now put some mileage on it and its done a great job for me so far, couldnt be more pleased! The original order got damaged by the courier, but Dave at Hybrid sorted everything out, shipping me out a new PC before I had returned the previous one! It performs really well and they even helped me upgrade the memory.

From order to purchase Hybrid gaming were excellent, they also delayed the build so my wife and I could pick up my son’s pc as close to Christmas as possible.

I had a problem with my new PC and the GPU needed to be reseated.
I had no idea what to do and it being new I would get someone who knows what they are doing. I went online and found hybridgaming close to me so gave them a call and they said that they'll be able to fix it that day. As it took only a few mins they did not take any cost. Excellent service and would absolutely recommend them. Will be surely using them again if needed.

Everyone kept me updated every step of the process. They asked what my son would use this for and made sure I had the right one for his requirements. Everyone I spoke to were fantastic, kind and patient especially as I’m clueless. Would highly recommend and would use again for any further purchases.

Ive used these guys several times.Im tech literate probably a bit more than the average guy from my previous careers. But you have to use the best resource for the job. These guys know far more than me in hadware/O/S and ICT conflicts. It makes perfect sense to spend a few £ on them to leave me getting on with business. Particular thanks to Fraser

Having been locked out of my iPad I walked in to the shop/office and explained my situation. The lovely lady on the desk took my iPad and someone through the back office had it fixed within 15-20 minutes possibly less as I left it in their extremely capable hands

The guys are great. Updated my older laptop a while ago to solid state drive. Copied all my files from the hard drive and a couple Of old hsrd drives I donated for their school support programme. Found CD ROM wouldnt work as new OS doesnt allow for CDs. Aparently CDs are old hat and laptops dont have CDROM anymore. No fuss they took it back and found the appropriate drives to read and burn CDs

My desktop needed major upgrade as it was years old. Hybrid gaming rebuilt a virtually new PC that does all I need/want, it runs so much faster, more memory and for far less than a new PC. I’m well pleased, the staff have been extremely helpful and informative. Thank you.
