I accepted a quote in writing after a whats app video call.When the 2 guys turned up, cut off lights in the kitchen then decided I needed an electrical!
I'd asked for confirmation that all electrics and water cost where included in my new boiler quote.
Then the 2 guys who where doing ggd installation of my new boiler decided they couldn't do the Job due to the concrete floor, and let.... I'd need a new quote from there head office....
I've chased the company for my £400 deposit since July 2022 still not had it refunded...

I had spoken to advisors from several boiler installation companies, and no one’s offered me nearly as much clarity as Tom from Hydrus Heating. Ours was a complicated installation requiring external access to the second floor, so naturally I was nervous hoping everything went smoothly. Not only was the price excellent, but Tom kept me reassured throughout the purchase and installation process and patiently answered all my questions, even the most seemingly trivial ones. The entire installation was done in a single day, and each time I’ve called the company after it, my queries were dealt with swiftly.
