The engineer was scheduled to call on Monday at 09:30 but did not arrive, when I contacted them an engineer offered to come from Preson to my home in South Wales that evening. Bit disappointed that they weren't proactive in telling me but great customer service resolution. When the fitter arrived he was very polite and professional. Would recommend them based on my experience.

Hydrus Heating have replace my antiquated boiler with a brand new one, and also cured some of my other central heating problems. All for a reasonable price that I am quite happy with, also friendly staff either in my home or talking to in the office.
Would recommend.

Fantastic company. Having 2 small children in the house, panic set in when the boiler broke down. I dealt with Joe who came to survey the job & it was installed later that week by Kieran ! He was quiet, tidy & talked me through the new system! Even letting my little boy help!! Would highly recommend Hydrus!!!

We are very happy with the excellent Service we received from Hydrus Heating, we had a leak in our caravan, I checked various approved websites left details of my boiler problem , I received a call from Liam within minutes, he was very helpful and professional, we received a quote within 1 hour, this was agreed with our insurance company, we had regular updates from Liam, the boiler was fitted today by an excellent engineer Nathan, left everywhere clean and tidy, he was professional with a friendly manner. Thank you all for your quick response and professionalism. I would recommend Liam, Hydrus and the team to everyone.

Friendly and professional people,Timwho fitted the new boiler answered our questions and explained how to use it. new boiler is quiet and efficient and is a far cry from the 40 yr old system that was about to disintegrate that was costing us to keep going.We have had a good experience with this and would recommend Hydrus.

I selected this company to install my boiler and radiators because my father's girlfriend had used them and recommened them.
Andy their salesperson came out and gave me a quote that i was happy with.That is were the good part ends.
They came out and installed the boiler and some of the pipework for the radiators and the job just stopped.
Bearing in mind that this was an empty property. Every time i phoned up and spoke to Ben i was given excuses. This went on for 8 weeks and still nothing happened.
They had the keys to the property. Then one day i went to the property and was shocked to see that they had come back and removed the boiler and every bit of copper pipework...even the old copper pipework that was not theirs. They left floorboards up everywhere which was very dangerous.
When i phoned up to see what was going on Ben told me that we had been given too cheap a quote and he would not be making money from it ??? He said it was the salesmans fault?
I told him to come and make the place safe again and return all the copper he had taken. But he never did and it took weeks to get my keys back. I have had professionals in now who have done a proper job. Do not use this company..they are cowboys.

Prompt service and the engineer took time to explain exactly what he was doing, what recommendations were needed and why… very professional service in my opinion.

Hydrus Heating office - under guidance of Jason Brownrigg - not only went to great length and beyond to ensure that all aspects were covered, but the engineer deployed - Dan Pratt - went to great length to ensure the new boiler project was carried out by detailed approach, keeping us abreast of progress whilst ensuring running of the home was least interrupted and leaving the job well cared and clean behind.

We have just had a new boiler installed by Hydrus Heating and every single person that we have had contact with at the company has been a positive experience. We had struggled previously with AN Other plumbing company having been left with no heating for 2 weeks in February and were really quite despondent. Our initial calls with Jason were really positive, the Engineers Ben & Jay were great, from telephoning the day beforehand to let us know their expected arrival time (and they were early!) to the quick, professional installation and their tidiness in our home. The after-sales contact with the office was another plus. My husband & I have both worked in sales & manufacturing for many years and it's not often that a company meet and then exceed your expectations, we are absolutely delighted so far.

Boiler fitted a year ago, very tidy job and has been excellent since. I am reviewing now as we have just had our first service. Great that the company followed up on its promises. Engineer phoned first, with a time (saving us waiting in). Would definitely recommend.

Fitted the boiler no problem , but the outside flue cover that I was promised has never been fitted, I have contacted them many times and they promise to bring one round but nothing happens, very disappointed with them.

Recently had my Alpha boiler fitted by Hydrus, outstanding service from the start. The installer showed up on time, really friendly, no issues whatsoever.
