Absolutely unhappy! I used to have whatsapp contact with Danny. After installation I send him a message regarding very low pressure in the upstairs bathroom. Danny just blocked me from whatsapp. I called Hydrus a few times last year and was promised a call back but never hot a reply. Now after a year, a pipe under the floor boards that wasn't connected properly leaked. I am left without heating and hot water until this pipe is repaired! Never trust Hydrus! Shoddy workmanship and no aftercare!

Enquired about a new boiler on a Friday 3rd Feb from Golborne and it was fitted the following Friday 20th Feb in my daughters house in Barrow-in-Furness.
Jason the sales guy, who was in Leigh was very helpful and explained everything.
Copy of public liability insurance was sent with the quotation.
Quote was very detailed, with what we were getting.
The engineer was prompt and efficient arriving at 8.45am as advised by text the day before.
The new boiler was fitted and the system flushed within the day.
Upto now the system is working great and we look forward to many years of reliable heating.

From first point of call through to installation I was very impressed with the service we received. Installation was swift, the engineer friendly, clean & left everywhere very tidy & removed all rubbish something not every company has done in the past.

Really happy with the service provided by Hydrus. From initial calls with Andy who arranged my new boiler and fitting, to Fran who completed the new boiler installation, everything was efficient and the team were so friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend Hydrus.

Do you want me to post the pictures of your horrible work...you are masters in denying your mess...and that to a pensioner. I think your reviews were manipulated.

Very very happy with our Alpha Combi boiler. Jason the heating advisor quoted over the phone after we sent photos of our existing boiler. We found him most helpful and polite. The work was carried out by heating engineer Mathew Herriot; he arrived at 8am and worked through till 6pm without stopping. He was extremely pleasant and knew his job. He left the bathroom spotless. Would recommend Hydrus Heating to anyone.

My boiler was faulty and we were struggling to get a quote for a new boiler asap.Jason from Hydrus heating give us a quick quote through video call while other companies insisted to have a house visit. They considered us as one of their priority customers and installed boiler within 2 days. John&Sam who were the engineers were friendly and done their job very well. We are warm again. I cannot praise hydrus enough..the two engineers kieron and Ryan worked solid for over 8 hours to get my new boiler in.They were the nicest people you could meet talking me through everything they were doing and left my home spotless....I would recommend hydrus 100% .I now have a warm house....thank you lads n not forgetting Jason (the most honest friendly genuine saleman) who sorted the work out for me...

Very happy! Was a bit uncertain to go with Hydrus as I normally use British Gas, but I am so glad I did. Such polite and friendly staff all the way from the initial contact with Tom right the way to Kieran finishing up and explaining the controls. Very good service.

Very happy! phoned to give me a quote and after accepting, my alpha boiler was installed just 2 days later. Very friendly and all of my questions were answered no problem.

Hi I would highly recommend this company, they are honest with the information given, you can speak to them direct.
There fitter was excellent and friendly and most important knew what he was doing.

The work was completed in the timescales agreed, at the price quoted, the installer was polite and courteous and left the place clean and tidy afterwards :)

We've used Hydrus a few times and always had great service. Had our boiler serviced recently, speedy service and good price.

As usual boiler breaks down on the coldest weeks! It was good to talk to Mike who had an idea what the issue was over the phone and came prepared with the correct parts all installed and sorted great service.
