John was very friendly kept us informed at what he was doing he sorted my heating out and recommended a few things for me to keep my heating going

The installation was done well and on time

From the minute I spoke to Andy at Hydrus heating I knew these guys know what there doing .very satisfying job

It was partly because of the good reviews i chose this company
since it has been installed c6 weeks now it has developed faults The pilot light keeps going out the pressure falls and the error code flashes This is not the best time to the year to be without heat We manage to re-light it and have a bucket to catch leaks while we wait for someone to contact us

Today Chris and Ryan fit new boiler for my family in less than 3 hours.

I had my boiler replaced today by Hydrus. What can I say I am so happy. Carl the engineer was excellent very friendly and professional. He had a hard time getting to me with the the weather conditions and traffic on m6. But once he got to me he never stopped working so hard. Thanks Carl. I’d like to thank Andy as well as I did most of my communication through him. Thanks guys excellent job.

We needed a new boiler urgently and Hydrus heating got back to me straight away to discuss options. I sent over some pics of the existing boiler installation and they got straight back to me with a quote. Two days later we had a brand new boiler expertly installed. Nathan and Sam, the installation engineers, did a great job. Well mannered & tidy workers. Finished the quickly and cleaned up.

Only regret, I ordered the standard heating controls. I would recommend asking about other options like WiFi if you want to use a phone app. We'll be looking at adding something like Hive at some point. But other than that, I highly recommend Hydrus heating!

From start of negotiations to installation of new boiler, nothing was too much trouble. All aspects were handled very professionally and reassuringly. After searching for a boiler supplier through an independent search a trade engine , we had 3 company’s in mind , on price service offered , time scale of getting the job done .
We chose Hydrus , as they came over friendly , professional, and reasonable price .
On the day of agreed fitting of the new boiler , Nathan arrived , punctual and very polite . He got straight down to taking the old boiler out and within the hour a new one had been delivered and the old one was being cleared away in to his van . By 1.30 he’d flushed the system and was testing the new boiler .very impressive . We have had courtesy calls periodically off them after the instillation and gave a service agreement with them now also .
I’d use Hydrus again if I needing anything regarding our heating , very impressed , thank you

John and Sam from Hydrus contacted me to tell me when they were arriving and were on time. They were both polite and personable.
They worked quickly and fitted my new boiler. They left no mess and explained how my new boiler worked before leaving.

Needed new heating as I had a back boiler system and I am selling the house so surveyors wanted a new system even though the old system worked.

Jason was the first point of contact who actually listened to me and found out what I needed, others, just tried to persuade me to have a Combi boiler.

Jason worked remotely with photos and a floor plan of the house, plus advice from my friend, who understands heating more than I do! He came up with a super plan for a system which would work in my house which is extended and a bit quirky.

I think the price was fair and the work was done quickly and efficiently by John and Jay. I am very pleased with the results and would definitely use this firm again, knowledgeable and fair pricing, fast, installation and high standards.
