Never received package during pandemic. They said contact carrier Postal service. I know if PO had package they'd have left a note. I've had UPS bring a package that was delivered wrong. They didn't try to research anything. Other companies have replaced product. Amazon, Oriental Trading etc. Disappointed 😔

Product was bad quality and ran very small. I reached out to the vendor they did not get back to me regarding my concerns. I reached out to PayPal it took them over a month to investigate and denied my claim, did not back me up on getting a refund.

Scam artist...they will take your money and send you items that are marked the size you ordered but clearly is not the correct size. Then when you asked to return the item they will give you hassle with multiple pictures and emails but no resolution. Good luck with Paypal backing you. I went rounds with them for over a month before finally having my money refunded. If you take the risk of ordering make sure you use a CC that will back you if you are not happy with the item received. Companies like this disgust me.

To start with I wish I had read reviews of this company before my purchase. Loss of cash and time.

I purchased 2 dresses for my wife. One came to us used. tags ripped out. When I wrote to them about this, I was asked to send photos of the dress. Which I did. 6 weeks goes by, I write to them again. They tell me they never got the photos, so do it again. Which I did. another 6 weeks and no response. So I write again. I received a reply right away, sorry for your inconvenience, here is a discount on your next purchase. I replied that I would buy nothing more until this issue was solved. No response. 3 maybe 4 weeks go by. I write again, what is happening with this? No response for a long time. I write again asking what is going on. I get a response sorry for your inconvenience here is a discount on your next order. At this point I got angry and told them they were thieves and the only way this issue would be solved is to return my money. I have never received my money or another response from them.

If you are reading this you have been warned!! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS RIP OFF COMPANY!! At the time of this writing there was 110 reviews, 97% 1 star and saying the same type of things I am saying.

Review of bras: SCAM. Your sizing chart is totally inaccurate. Awful customer service. Terrible product support. Negative feedback is apparently my only recourse to let other potential suckers know the truth about yet another SCAM to steal my money with an unusable inferior product.

You have stolen my money and wasted my time. It has not gone unnoticed. Shame on your company and I wish you bad fortune in the future.

I saw an ad on Facebook for bras from this company and decided to purchase two. Placed my order in very early August. I received a confirmation email with tracking info. The last time the tracking was updated was August 7, saying my package was in New Jersey, and nothing since then. It’s now mid-September and still nothing. I’ve filed a claim with the post office but it’s not their fault. I don’t know if it’s too late to contest the charge with my bank or not, it’s definitely been more than 30 days.

This may be the worst business I've ever had to deal with. Not only did they refuse a return and refund after emailing back and forth for weeks sending them picture after picture of their faulty product, even if the bras had fit, they are the worse quality I've even seen.

This company is nothing but FRAUD. Refused to issue a refund. I waited 6 months for a pair of pants to arrive and they are not even remotely what was pictured. Not the right colour, not the right material, not the style...literally ZERO resemblance to what I ordered. How this company remains in business is a complete and total mystery. They are absolutely despicable, fraudulent and reprehensible. Do yourself a huge favour and never order anything from these people.

I placed my order on April 30, 2020 and received it on August 14th!!! Worst ever. I ordered an extra large on a romper and of course it looks like an x small. I also ordered the black with leopard pocket. Both items made with the cheapest fabric they found. NOT worth the $60 bucks I spent. I kept emailing customer service and they would say they'd look into it but would never get back to me. 1st and last time I order from this place. Don't waste your money or time with this!!!!!

I placed a order on May 31 it is now August still no order I have asked many times for refund always get same answer can’t refund once order is processed this is a scam company. Something has to be done

Fraud company..terrible customer support. Took 6 week and then it wasn't what I ordered..not even close..sent 5 email and they only responded when I said I was going to report them to the BBB as a fraud company and contact my banks fraud dept. They came back at me saying my order wasn't from them even after I sent them a screenshot of the order summary showing it was from them.

SCAM!! ! HORRIBLE . HAVE EMAILED THEM SO LEAST 5 TIMES WITHOUT A RESPONSE, HAVE NOT GOTTEN MY ORDER. GOING ON TWO MONTHS.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered my merchandise on May 2nd. Still have not received it. The tracking information is bogus. I have requested a refund numerous times with 0 response. Thought I was NOT ordering from China based company. That was also misleading. They are just flat out thieves!!!!

HORRIBLE. I ordered in May and my item didn’t arrive until today and is definitely not at all as described. I knew it was a scam as soon as they sent me a bs tracking number but they kept claiming it was delayed due to COVID (ships from China to me in the US). And while that excuse is actually legitimate at this time, the item I ordered is total crap.

This company is a scam so don't buy anything from this website... I never received my items and was given a fake tracking number after spending $89. Bs company 😠😠😠 I'm disabled, can't work, and I'm a senior citizen.

Wish I would have read the reviews first..I ordered an item June 12th still haven't received it and when I requested for my order to be canceled they said they can't cancel once it's in shipped status what a bunch of BS....Never again

Bullsh*t company. First they doubled an item and refused to remove after they added After payment agreement. Then, Charged my card and waited months to send me ONLY part of it. And only because I hounded them. But they only sent half the order and billed full amount. Refuse to respond about sending the missing items or refund the money for non-received items. Ridiculous

I wish I had read the responses before I ordered with these people and what they are saying in their reviews are very true. I ordered a pair of paints from them around the 1st or 2nd of this month and here it is the 28th and still no order. Now when I try to track my order its telling me the store dosent exsist. They got me this time but never again, I'll always read their reviews first

This company is awful. Not only did I wait for WEEKS to get my product but when I did receive it the quality was horrendous. I wouldn’t let my dog wear it. I’ve tried to contact them a few times to return. No answer. I’m going to file a claim with my bank, but guessing I’ll never see the money again.
