Never received my order. Bad customer service. Response emails are all lies.

Ordered three dresses in early April, never received. Sent multiple messages and one in Cantonese. Never received a reply. Going file a complaint with my bank to get my money back this way.

Don't buy from this company.

I wish it was negative stars to give this site gets a -5 I processed my order Jan 21st still no order one pair of leggings. They have horrible customer service they dont respond in a timely fashion just highway robbery it isnt fair that they do people like that. I want my money back they talking about check in 15 days. This is absurd.🤬🤬

I agree with every Bad Review listed here. Ordered 3 pairs of skirt tiered leggings in mid January. Still no order has arrived. Have emailed many many times and maybe have got a vague answer a couple of times saying order is on its way. Gave me a fake Tracking # that does not work. There is nowhere to even view my order!! Pretty Shady! I spent over $120!! I just wrote them again demanding a refund. If no reply, I will send my bank to file a claim. These people must be big scammers!! Someone has to do something about this!!

Horrid. Fake shipping numbers and take your money. I ordered in January 2020 and still have not received my merch. Don't order ANYTHING from these clowns!!!

I ordered from this company on March 9, 2020. I got an email on March 16, 2020 saying that the items were being shipped. Today is May 7, 2020 and I still have not received my items. They will not respond to my emails nor have they refunded me my money. The tracking number that they sent tells me there is no shipping information available. This was truly a waste of my money. How is this company still in business? I would not recommend ordering from this company unless you have money to just throw away.

I ordered my items more than THREE MONTHS ago, and I've only experienced problems. First, I never received a confirmation email. I saw the transaction in my PayPal, but no communication from this sham company. Over the past three months, I've really BEGGED their customer service to just refund my order, as they were clearly not going to fulfill it. I've gotten canned answers about shipping taking longer, etc., but I just noticed a tracking number in their last email, so I tried it. Chinese Post: THERE'S NO RECORD OF ANY SHIPMENT. This company is such A SCAM!!!! DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!!!

Complete scam. My item arrived after 2.5 months, and then had a massive hole in it. I wasn't able to reverse the charges with Paypal either. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM.

This company does terrible business. I ordered one item in January I still have not received it and I asked for a refund they denied my request. They kept sending me bogus shipping updates that the item was prepared for shipping then they said it was shipping several times but how is it that 3 months later it still has not arrived. Terrible customer satisfaction is not a priority with this company

Worst service ever! Ordered over 100.00 worth of merchandise on Jan 17th and never received anything. I email them and they apologize but yet they still have my money but I don’t have the merchandise. Don’t order from this company!

They took my online clothing order, took my money, NEVER GAVE ME ANYTHING. I didn't know Facebook let fake companies like this advertise on people's pages. NOW I KNOW.

I wish that I had seen these awful reviews before I ordered from this company. I placed an order about two months ago haven't heard anything from them. Arghhhh.

BUYER BEWARE!!!TERRIBLE to work with. I waited over three months and I never received my item. Contacted them several times for a refund but they would not respond. First time ordering from them and LAST time ordering from them.

Horrible dress , horrible material , horrible fit. Want to return it and get my money back . No return label and no response from company , despite many emails. Reported it to Pay Pal , but unfortunately they turned me down . If anyone out there would like a giant dress made out of fleece , it's going free. Seething! Don't order from this company.

I made a purchase on January 23 and have yet to receive my order, but they’ve had no problem taking my money!!!! One email offering me 15% off because it was late .... Chinese New Year .... but never received that either!!! They don’t answer any emails I have sent!! I’m very mad at myself because I never fall for scam companies like this, but this time I did!! 🤬🤬 It’s so sad that there are people in this world that just like to rip people off!! I hope they get put out of business soon!! I will take any chance I can to make sure people don’t buy from then again!!
