This company charged my credit card, never sent my order, then stopped responding to my emails. Don't shop here...

I ordered a “sweatshirt” in April. Received it on June 25th. Came as a shiny, see-through, thin, maybe Lycra?, almost work-out type shirt. The reviews on their website are all fake. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Complete rip-off. Customer service never responded to any of my emails asking about tracking.

My husband ordered some cute tops for my birthday from Hyggepoint. They charged our card in mid May but I still haven't received the order. Customer service is almost entirely nonresponsive. They finally sent a tracking number, which just says it was ready to ship June 3... it's June 25 now! Now we are going to have to cancel the charge with our credit card company. Do not order from this company. I wish we had read the reviews before wasting our time.

I placed on order on June 3 and tried to cancel it pretty quickly. I received a response on June 5 that said I couldn't cancel the order, it was already being processed. I wait 2 weeks with no update, so I respond to the same email thread, asking for an update. Nothing. I'm disputing the transaction with Paypal and with my bank. Should have read the reviews...

I ordered two dresses from this company on April 25 and they still haven't arrived. I emailed them several times and i only got one response from them. I thought i would give them the benefit of doubt by still haven't recieved anything thus far.

Total scam, products come from China IF you’re lucky enough to actually receive your order. I placed an order May 1, and still at June 18, I still haven’t received anything. I’ve sent 3 e-mails and haven’t received any response. I wish I would have read other reviews before I placed my order.

Hey, have your bank dispute your purchase from hyggepoint.. they will give you your refund back on the card you made purchase, but they cancelled that card I made purchase, but they’ll send you a another card.

Well I ordered two shirts mid April and I have received nothing yet. I’ve sent multiple emails with no response. I am very disappointed really wish I would’ve read the reviews before I placed my order 😡😡

Sure wish that I had read the reviews. These foreign companies need to be stopped. We--as consumers---must be smarter. Horrible customer service. There has to be a way to put them out of service.

I ordered a sweatshirt on April 15th, received it today. It is basically a long sleeve slimy material t-shirt. What a joke. I wrote the company, which I doubt to hear back from. There's $30 I'll never get back.

It’s so sad that people have no remorse for scamming! This is a crime and they should be punished.
I also ordered some pants around April, 20th and never received it. I kept emailing them and someone named Rachel kept replying asking me to please be patient?
I only ordered one thing just to test them, I am so glad I didn’t spend more money on these criminals!

This website is a scam! I ordered over $100 worth of clothes on May 6th and haven't received them. I got a bogus shipping notification email on May 20th. When I click on tracking information it says it can't be found. I reported the company to the FTC. If the same thing happened to you, I encourage you to do the same!

An absolute disaster I bought a grey dress months ago got it and I wouldn’t even wear it to bed. I have sent it back to them and I haven’t received a refund not garment back again. It is now with a solicitor for false advertising and stealing off me.

This people are incredible horrible. My order never arrived and forget about getting even your money back. They don't even have a phone number just an email that never responds back to you. They took $89 from me it's crazy. I feel so much taken advantage of. Terrible.
Stay away from.this scammers.

I ordered a dress on April 24th and just arrived today June 4th. It took a long time but with Corona virus that is be expected. The dress is beautiful fits perfectly. I absolutely love it and worth the wait.

SCAM!!! -10 Never arrived. Wrote support hyygepoint when I received a 'we see you have your delivery' email asking where it delivered to. Shows CA address but I don't think it is state side.. I never heard back from Hyggepoint. Waste of money. Too bad.

-20 stars actually. Ordered 2 shirts in April. Here it is June 3 no merchandise. Scam scam! Never ever again. Will be filing a claim with my bank!!! 🤬🤬

It's been over a month I ordered an Item, still waiting for the Item. Totally False, the company brings cheep Items from China, no Telephone contact. Was not even able to track the shipment. USPS waited over 15 days to get the items to them.

Took well over a month to get my order. Unable to track item--looks like it came from China and is not a US based company out of CA. Total false advertising!! Speaking of false advertising, my items I order are NOTHING like the description and appearance of the items online. Cheap materials---total waste of money. I better be getting a refund for these items as they were falsely advertised. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Don't be fooled. The pictures online are nothing compared to the actual product!! SCAM!!!
