If there was a zero I would give it a zero. I made a purchase on January 26th, received an email a few days later stating they apologize but due to it being Chinese New Year there is a delay in shipment. I sent an email a few days later and received an email 2 days later stating my order would be shipped soon and to be patient. It is March 4th and I have sent 4 emails in last 2 weeks stating I want my order cancelled and my money back. I have yet to hear a response back. They have taken my money and have not delivered my products nor have they responded to my emails or my money back request. This is the worst customer experience I have ever had in my life.
April 23: still have not received my 2 items I ordered. Sent well over 12 emails asking for my money back and informing them that their tracking number states there is no shipping information. Still have not had a response

Shldve gotten on here and read these reviews before ordering. Cant say what my items look like because I still havent recieved anything and it's been 46 business days. I feel as though I've been robbed. They just give me the run around. The tracking number provided doesnt even exist😡😡😡😡😡I contacted better business bureau

Absolutely awful company. The product was nothing like the advertisement, sizes all wrong and they will not respond. They should not be allowed to trade in any way. BEWARE

I ordered a dress in November from Hyggepoint. Looked nice. Arrived 10 weeks later and was absolutely not the color or the dress that I ordered . false advertising.
Customer support has done absolutely nothing to ameliorate this mistake even after contacting them half a dozen times.

The dress is not woollen , as advertised, and the pocket is hanging off. The fabric is cheap and flimsy. Customer service from Hyygepoint is appalling; despite having supplied photographic evidence as requested I am still waiting for a response from them. Steer clear of this advertiser and it’s products.

Ordered a woolen dress that looked good. What I got, was an ugly fleece "sack" in a thin, flimsy freece fabric. Color was very different from the picture. Have complained, and now I don´t get any answer. Stay clear of this company, you will probably not get what you wanted. Don´t waste your money :-(

I WISH I HAD READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE PURCHASING! There is not one good review on this sh**. I too ordered sometime in November and got my order in January. Contacted them for return and they asked what were wrong with the items and never contacted me again. I have emailed time and time again but after reading the reviews I can see I won't ever get a response. A**holes!! But I will make sure to spread the word so no one orders from you b*tcha** scammers again. We should all look into reporting and having them shut down.

This is the worst company too order from. I ordered some pants never got them they started emailing and then just quit emailing. Someone need too shut this company down

Worst worst worst! My order took very long to arrive, then when it did, the zipper on my pants broke as soon as I zipped it up. I hadn’t even worn them. Customer service does not reply to emails! NEVER AGAIN!! Don’t purchase from this company. Bad business!!

They are a con, the same happened to me as everyone else

I ordered a medium dress (poor quality) and received a 4XXXL! I followed the correct procedure for taking pictures of the item and sent multiple emails requesting how to proceed with the return. After one response I feel like I'm talking into a vacuum. NOT to mention I waited 2 months for the item to arrive! Is this business for real? Beware!

Only 1 star as no star not available. Ordered 2 teddy Borg jackets in different sizes to see which was best fit. Now they wont accept return of the items which are of very bad quality. Will never use this sight again and will be very vocal on putting the company down

WHEN I RECEIVED MY GOODS I ORDERED AT THE TOP OF BOTH THE ARMS WERE RIPPED I EMAILED THEM AND SENT PICTURES OF THE FAULT, AND ALL THEY SAID WAS IT DID NOT NOTIFY THEM WITHIN 10 DAYS.. I EMAILED THEM ON THE 11TH DAY AS I DID NOT OPEN IT TILL THEN BECAUSE IT WAS A PRESENT

Ordered the teddy coat in grey wasn’t expecting it to be overly good but it’s rubbish and definitely not worth what I paid and some of the reviews expressing how good they were are too me very suspicious and will never use your site again I could have got better in our little town at Peacocks better quality very very disappointed!!!

I will NEVER EVER order anything from hyggepoint again. I ordered the fluffy micro-fleece hoodie pullover. It took one month and a half for the product to to arrive. The product is of very poor quality, material is very flimsy for the price, it looks like something you would purchase from a rummage sale. I sent two e-mails inquiring about the order, I never got any response.

This company doesn’t even deserve one star. There are no refunds and what they say or the pictures that you see are not what you get. Why pay good money for cheap clothing that has nothing to do with the description or picture. Go to Wal-Mart instead.
