Very pretty case but provided no protection to the phone at all. Screen protector was smashed within a week and the case also began to split. Beautiful if you never use or drop your phone but not a very practical protective option.

Love my phone accessories
Love my Ideal of Sweden phone accessories which are of great quality and very easy to use. I often get comments on my phone cover, matching case and magnetic ring. My only problem was waiting for stocks to arrive earlier this year for my new iphone 12.

Awful customer service
Awful customer service. Takes weeks to answer emails, and when they answer they are very rude. Product is ok but not worth the terrible customer service. This happened on not one, but 5 occasions. Eventually the issue was sorted but no apology.
