Excellent service
This is an excellent service. Kash was speedy and helpful, gave quotes quickly and managed the booking which we moved around a bit. Touffik was incredibly fast and efficient on the day, he did the job thoroughly and carefully and worked really hard. There was a huge amount of work to do so having professionals who had done it before was exactly what we needed. They just got on with it, we couldn’t have done it without them.

Did exactly what was needed
I needed to arrange a medical-grade cleanup in a hurry after a relative died suddenly from a massive haemorrhage. Ideal Resoinse was the only company I found who specifically offered this service for a domestic setting. I was given a designated contact, and from start to finish, communication with Tahlia was very prompt and efficient. The team spent 4 hours at the property and did an impeccable job. Very impressed with the swift response and thoroughness of the diesel spill clean up at Hatfield Park from Steve and Dave who carried out the work and Kash for coordinating it. The conditions were very challenging due to the wet weather conditions and not only did they feel with the spill they also removed all the contaminated leaf mulch. I would highly recommend and certainly hire them again.
