Absolutely Amazing Job
Ideal Response were absolutely amazing! We needed to have a hoarder clean in my brother’s house after he passed away and Ideal Response was the first company that I contacted. Mantas and Josh came in for four days and literally performed a miracle. They were so friendly and helpful and made a very difficult job much more bearable. They worked so hard and went above and beyond to return my brother’s house to a home once more. If I could give them 10 stars, I would.
I would also like to say a big thank you to Kian as well for organising the clean up and for all his help. I’m so glad that I chose Ideal Response for the job. They really are a first class company.

Ideal response are a fantastic company and their team are so kind and helpful - would highly recommend!
Frankie was so helpful putting the quote and scope together and Patrick was amazing carrying out the work - considerate, compassionate and brilliant.
Adam must be one of the most knowledgeable people in the uk about leaks and mould.
We had a truly horrendous experience with other terrible contractors, so getting ideal involved helped me so much.
There are some very poor contractors in this space so it’s vital to go with a company and team that understands the risks to health of a serious leak.

Very good experience with Ideal
Very good experience with Ideal. Frankie Tappin was a great help organising the booking and accommodating my changes more than once. And Yacine came and did a very good job, the bathroom tiles look brand new and the mould is treated, and he left the room tidy. Will definitely use them again.

Ideal Response are first class, their staff couldn't be more helpful. Jess and Chris were really accommodating, ready and willing to amend bookings when my plans changed. Bob was brilliant on both visits, helping me clear and clean an old friend's home, he is impeccably honest and trustworthy and gave me valuable items that he found whilst clearing the home; including money, wallets, medals (inc. a knighthood and a CBE) etc.
Overall, Jess, Chris and Bob have been fantastic and I can't wait to book them again.

Communication and response was excellent.
A team were assigned who contacted me to arrange arrival time at the site. The team, Toufik, Elena and Janina were professional and brought all the equipment they needed to clean our kitchen and lounge following an appliance fire. They protected carpet areas that they would be walking on and left the site clean and tidy and no longer smelling of smoke. I would highly recommend them.

I cannot say enough about Frankie Tappin and the team at IRG Ltd.
We had a sewage issue; we phoned Frankie on Xmas Eve and we had our flat thoroughly cleaned by 27/12 with damaged items disposed of. A report followed with photographs which made our insurance claim very straightforward. Petru and Paul were the team on site and they did a brilliant job.

Fast call out at night to a flood situation. Joel Henry and Ben L were amazing in sorting out the issue and pumping out the water. Left the pump in overnight and came back the next morning to finish the job. Top company and the three lads were brilliant.

Excellent service
Excellent service, Sales representative Frankie Tappin was super helpful , very knowledgeable and efficient. Called him at 14:00hrs and by 17:00hrs we had a quote invoice and the clean up team on site by 18:00hrs.
The team spent 6hrs cleaning up our manufacturing site after a flood, they were polite, helpfully and very good at their job.
I highly recommend this company and will be on my books for further support when and if required
