Phoebe was absolutely brilliant

Phoebe was absolutely brilliant. I had encountered an unusual logging in problem on my iPad, and Phoebe went through the checklist painstakingly until my problem was identified and, more importantly, resolved.

I raised a question about gifting some shares to charity and Lewis Nash provided explicit instructions how to do this. I followed his instructions to the letter and the process went without a hitch. Clear, precise and successful help given by Lewis

Tried to update email address

Tried to update email address. Beaulah was helpful by providing the sequence of links, however, the request to use the online service failed 3 times at the last the point of confirmation. I had to resort to phoning, was told of long delays to persuade me to go to online services, but after waiting only 2 minutes my call was answered and my request dealt with effectively.

Great transfer experience

Just instructed a transfer out - of and isa balance, gia inc USD balance too as well as residual funds from my late father’s account. Also needed DD turned off. All slick and easy - Curtis Bowker on the phone understood the issues perfectly, communication was thorough clear on confident. Very impressed. Unfortunately I need to consolidate under a flexible isa for some tax efficient transactions later this year so I needed to leave. However, I will be back when I’ve done what I need to do. A very solid service it just needs a flexi wrapper to complete it.

I ran into problems trying to fund my ISA

I ran into problems trying to fund my 2026 year ISA. This was not the best experience but I would not blame the fault at II. Funding had somehow changed over the years and this time it seemed my card details didn't seem to match what II expected, this was readily fixed by Benjamin by the next day.
Next step was funding and ran into more problems since the transaction ran its course, twice, with no money transferred yet my bank seemed to authorise with a proper OTP code.
Becoming a saga and nearly going elsewhere for my ISA I was helped by Phoebe to trace and confirm the attempted bank transactions on their system. Email conversation made me believe the problem was with the bank and thereby discovered a sneaky, daily, transaction transfer limit (probably for the best of reasons). So I made a first transfer less than this limit which was instantly successful. So problem successfully solved with some help from the II Customer Services team and a bit of lateral thinking. All good and thanks for the timely help.

Extremely good service with ii

I am extremely impressed and happy with the service that I have received from ii. All the customer service agents I have spoken to over the last few weeks have been extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Great customer service and a great company. User friendly platform, secure messaging service, and prompt responses from the ii team. For example, Levi responded satisfactorily and comprehensively to a question I raised within 30 minutes of raising it.
