Kamil is always very friendly when he comes to our practice and does a really good job!

I have been using this service for less than a year and have already had to make more than seven complaints regarding missed collections and poor communication.
The first time this happened, the failure to collect my clinical waste forced me to close my business for almost a month. After raising the issue, I was assured that procedures would be put in place to ensure it would never happen again. Despite these assurances, collections continued to be missed.
After discussing the situation with Holly, who arranged the contract, I was informed that my contract would be cancelled without penalty due to the ongoing service failures. However, later that same day, this decision was reversed, and I was given conflicting information.
Overall, the service has been extremely disappointing. The repeated missed collections, lack of communication, and inconsistent information provided by staff have caused significant disruption to my business. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

Jude consistently provides exceptional service. She is friendly, approachable and willing to help, always with a positive attitude. No matter how busy she is she always makes sure we feel valued and supported and will do whatever she can if we ask for anything.
Jude's professionalism and dedication really stands out and it is clear to see she genuinely cares about doing a great job and building a good rapport with the customers she works with.

It is always lovely to see Richard on a Friday morning. He is consistently punctual, friendly, and always greets us with a smile. He is understanding of the busy nature of mornings and is always professional and approachable.

Our bins are always emptied efficiently and left clean and tidy afterwards. Richard takes pride in his work and is an excellent representative of the organisation. His positive attitude and reliability do not go unnoticed, and we really appreciate the excellent service he provides every week.
