TUESDAY 11/08/2026 Thank You to the manager Jammie , he listens, takes time to treat customer well, and our car was done in time as he stated. I had a major Cardiac open heart surgery and he gave a very sympathetic hearing , and allowed my car to be collected in time after the phone call. Have been usuing IN &OUT for years now and the service level is of human value. "

My knights in shining armour!
I was stranded waiting for RAC when the manager from Wicks told me to go next door to the garage. The guys were really helpful and friendly, gave me a cup of coffee (I’d been waiting in the car for over 3 hours) and took my car into the garage. I had 3 nails embedded so it couldn’t be repaired and they didn’t have a new one in stock. My space saver spare was put on so I could get home, with no charge! I went back in the morning and a new tyre was waiting for me and promptly fitted. What an overall excellent experience, from an anxious disabled woman left sat at the roadside, to being taken care of by true professionals. They really were my knights in shining armour! I will definitely go there again and can’t recommend them enough.

I find it daunting and unsettling to go to a garage as a female as previously I have been treated in a condescending manner but not at Cribbs in&out, friendly, helpful with advice and clear and in future I will always continue going there for my car requirements.

Worst experience for a MOT test
Worst experience for a MOT test. My car failed its MOT because of a small scratch on the offside rear tyre. It charged me £ 202 for a single tyre... never returning to this garage and cannot recommend it based on my experience.
