Their Facebook page offers their AirFryer at £149 reduced from £199.
However the link to purchase from their webpage suddenly asks £219.99 for the same product.
Deception or incompetence? Both merit a complaint and just one star

I receive the Instant Blender Ace as a move-in gift in 2019. I used my blender on, approximately, a bi-weekly frequency for a recipe or to blend smoothies. From the jump, I noticed that the blender doesn't blend as well as other blenders on the market. I have patience when it comes to blenders not blending well.. however, what I don't have patience for is poor customer service. My blender started breaking down. I filled out a warranty form for my blender and submitted all the information required - it took them 5 months to inform me that they couldn't do anything and to throw it out. Very frustrated, not impressed and not recommending their brand. Spend the extra dollar on Vitamix or another high quality brand with good warranties (5+ years!). Hope this guides your in your research.. and hoping this helps you save a few headaches.

Absolutely amazing service from Kerry!

Our airfry lid fell on the floor and it broke.
I contacted InstantPot customer care and even though it was our fault, they replaced it without charge!

We now get to enjoy our Instantpot AirCrisp again!

Responses have been friendly, but a little on the slower side. But good and friendly service is worth waiting for :)

We already had an Instant Pot pressure cooker and love it. When we decided to buy an Air Fryer, we thus decided to go for the Instant Pot Vortex Plus. We were delighted with it but there was a small issue with the one Amazon sent us. We brought this to the attention of Instant and within days they had shipped a complete new Air Fryer to us, no questions asked (all they asked for was a photo). Truly world class customer service to go along with what we deem to be a world class range of products. I cannot recommend this company and their products enough.

Having had a previous instant pot I decided to order a larger one for batch cooking and purchased the pro 8 l.
On initial commissioning it was obvious there was a dangerous defect on the float valve in that it was not closing correctly. This caused a jet of steam to issue from the valve. After a short period this jet became so hot that it was completely invisible. Any child would be attracted to the whistling sound and if they put their hand over the top of the instant pot they would be very badly scalded. Any kitchen units above would also be damaged.
Instant pot's own review site only allows 5-star reviews. Any attempt to change the five doesn't work.
I have contacted instant pot customer service and, apart from the automated confirmation email, I have had no reply after nearly 2 weeks.

Totally unacceptable for such a reputed company and their Customer support is simply NON-EXISTENT. I have to return my product and more than a week for a reply.

Horrendous, not "instant" at all!!

Seems to do the job fairly well so far (early days yet). However the electric cord is ridiculously short and I have had to make up a short extension just to clear the kitchen cabinets and open it!
Another poor point is the lack of an instruction or basic recipe book included. That meant searching online for a basic instruction book which had to be printed out to be of any use. Seems to me they have spoilt a potentially good product with penny saving on the basics...and its not cheap!

Their support is simply NON-EXISTENT. More than two weeks waiting time for a reply, then they respond with one super short sentence, and you have to wait again over two weeks!!

Horrendous, not "instant" at all!!

Bought an instant pot duo air crisp jobby. done the introduction videos, but there is very little info on recipes and how long to cook things, left looking for people who have made their own vids.
the App is dreadfulmost things are on there and instruction are missing detail, and it full of annoying bouncing Ads. get a grip and make a real App.

I have the Instant Pot pro, I really love it. Loaded with features' and most work great. The slow cooker heats up slowly. Called customer service and they sent a new one out the customer service was fantastic. Customer service representatives Dan and Peter were great and very helpful. Will buy from them again!

This "Air fryer" version is my third Instantpot. All still working I hasten to add, but each an improvement upon the last, with this air fryer version being the best so far. It is so much cheaper to run than our conventional cooker, which these days , unfortunately, is a major consideration. But food cooked in this cooker is amazing, as is the range of food that can be cooked.

A recent problem was handled and solved quickly and efficiently by Harry in Customer Services - he is a hero!! A couple of emails was all it took.
Brilliant. Peace of mind to know that these brilliant cookers are backed up with equally brilliant Customer care.
Would recommend without hesitation.

Sending this back to Amazon because it was impossible wait times to register Insta pot 4 Air Fryer. Cannot be registered on website. Stuiped for a company with product made in China that doesn’t give option for us company choice.

Got instant pot pro with air fryer, however its a pretty crappy and bulky product with no way to clean air fryer lid. Even after 2 uses i can see grease inside air fryer lid and its not dishwasher safe so i am pretty sure after frw months it will be pretty useless.

Waste of money, stay away from it

Ordered an air fryer from Instant Pot but they delivered a pressure cooker. It's been over 10 days since my order and I'm still waiting to receive what I ordered. Their customer service appeared to be OK, but they have not fulfilled what they promised and they appear to have stopped replying to my messages. There's no number to call, it's like they've disappeared. Extremely poor.

Bought this for my wife, very satisfied with the quality and function.

Will buy a smaller size next time.

Never tried cooking with airfryer before and am very impressed with it! Cooked perfect fries just in a few minutes and with no added oil, amazing!

A wonderful addition to my kitchen and very easy to cook almost everything with this Air-fryer! (even a cake). If you are looking for more healthy and fun cooking, this is a good gadget to have at home!

I am so in love with my Air Fryer. It's changed my life! Love using it to experiment with different foods and love how easy and fast it is to prepare recipes. A must have kitchen gadget!

I can't believe how good it is, the functions are amazing. It cooks wedges so quickly and chicken, wings and thighs in it are honestly ridiculous.

A fabulous addition to any kitchen.
