The instructors were excellent!
The instructors were excellent! They were really helpful and answered all of our context specific questions. They took their time with us and made sure we understood what we needed to do to keep us and the children safe. I would defintely recommend them!

Fantastic trainer
The one day positive handling course was brilliant. It was run by an excellent trainer whose experience shone through. He was very knowledgeable about how to handle children with care and sensitivity when they are dis regulated and all aspects of the law. He provided a very safe and respectful environment for learning.
