This phone is the worse I have ever used I’m tired of not being able to click on things I want or how it writes something completely different then what u say after writing it correctly it changes it to a random word also this phone doesn’t adjust to websites it’s like you missing part of the page. This phone is trash an overpriced and very limited. Do not buy a iPhone.

If I could sell my iPhone13max

If I could sell my iPhone13max, I will right away. They’ve been taking money from me for one year or more for Apple Fitness that I didn’t buy, when I told them, they erase all the transactions but they just put back the last month 12.99. Plus another app by the name of BoldVoice for $229.00 for the all year, I didn’t even know what the hell is that. I am losing so much money with that freaking buying stuff over the internet. I will never buy apple again. I am fed up. I want to sell my phone and sell my watch. F..k them. Merde!

Market discrimination in Serbia

Apple has been selling its products in Serbia for a while now and after I don't know how many years they still do not have Serbian Language available for its user interface, not to mention even if I decide to send feedback via official channels I can not select Serbia from the list of countries.
This is in my eyes discriminatory practice.

I was really satisfied with my macbook…

I was really satisfied with my macbook pro until it was 5 years old. Today its almost useless... Cant even go to different internet sites, just problems all over with "internet sertificates" etc. The Mac itself is still pretty fast, never updated it (so they cant destroy it). Now that nothing is working without updates, i cant even update because they make the updates so big that the Mac dont even have enough space for it (all older models need bigger ssd)... Apple are a true moneymaking business that want you to keep on buying new and new stuff from them all the time, destroying your stuff slow but certain over time. And they are expensive! Stay away if you want your money to last!

Useless Devives by GREEDY Apple

Had an iPhone for over 10 years. Apple are just greedy with poorer quality products to where after updates now apps won't open, trying to get help is a nightmare. Have to bite the bullet and go back to Android, no hope for Apple going forward! Useless devices with no care for owners!!!

The morons at Apple came out with 17.1 IOS. My Blink cams stopped notifying me due to a very low ding. Sounds like a water drop into a bucket. This morning I seen an update for 17.1.2. I downloaded it and it did not fix anything. Apple is useless. Do not buy Blink Cams if you plan to use an iPhone. Best bet is to get the cams and don’t get an iPhone. My cams and phone are useless just like Apple. Fix my friggin phone you dopes.

EE a poor representative of Apple

I am a long time user of an I phone and have generally had good support from an Apple Store. On this occasion I had a minor problem. I contacted Apple Support and was directed to what I thought was an Apple Store in York. On attending it turned out to be an EE Shop. This wasn’t made clear otherwise I would have gone to the Apple Store in Leeds. Despite having an appointment at 3pm I had to wait. Although the assistant rectified the problem quickly, which was a positive, he was surly and his attitude was completely uncaring and unprofessional. Not an attitude I would expect from Apple and not one I have experienced at an Apple Store. I may continue to support Apple but am less convinced about EE.

Now I have a iPhone 14 pro, but I cannot use it!

I just bought an iPhone 14 pro, but unfortunately I cannot use it. I had an iPhone ages ago, therefore I had once an apple ID, which I don't remember the password.
Not only that, but I was so excited in getting the iPhone, with all the nice camera, and other things. Added to that, my previous phone broke and I really needed a new one. But then because I am trying to recover the ID, it takes apple 16 days to send my password recovery. It is unbelievable, because I really need the phone and now all my experience is getting bad. So, I paid super expensive in a phone that I cannot use, also not with the apps that I already had on my previous phone.

I gave up Apple once before many years…

I gave up Apple once before many years ago, and sadly I forgot why and I made the horrible mistake of buying a new Apple product. Today I realised once again that they are a horrific company that do not care about its users, planet or anything else beside money. They try to squeeze 1,29 from you for a silent tone so you ca mute one particular person, voila, the trillion dollar company.

Apple constantly blames their problems…

Apple constantly blames their problems on others. When I get a phone call and it goes to voicemail it can take hours or a day to show up. Apple blames this on T-Mobile but this has been going on with multiple generations of Iphones and my colleague with T-Mobile who sits next to me does not have this issue on his Android. Each Iphone has same issues as Predecessor. They give you more emoji choices but don't fix substantive issues.
