The problem isn’t the phone it’s who…

The problem isn’t the phone it’s who owns the company that keeps hacking me so they can take my identity. Also, T-Mobile and Metro PCS same family you know controlling me like if they were married to me. I’m serious. I’ve spent more than $5,000 on phones and products trying to buy quality but I get crappy because they are not original and hacked by the US government. Which is the company itself. Aka Dionaldo del Rio Salazar. The grandson of Fidel Castro and AOC Claudia Marrero. They keep pretending to be Charlie Puth the young and cute one and rich one. Jake Andrich and Michael David on TikTok who sings from Tennessee. HELP SOS this is my I lost count iPhone. I’m 27. April 17,1995 born in Banes, Holguin Cuba at 10:00-12:00 AM. Also, I have a birth mark like Justin Bieber and I said I’m not a giraffee because you know. Also, google told me to be Debbie and defend Charlie Puth. I resurrected August 22, 2011. Aka and FYI. I hate you all. Most of the time :$!

Apple support is an absolute joke

Apple support is an absolute joke. Waited 4 weeks for my new iphone 14 to be delivered then when it turned up it was a samsung galaxy S13...Despite an obvious cock up at the distributor company apple have now insisted without any investigation that this is a theft and want me to log a police report....police are refusing as no crime has actually been committed and ive paid £1300 and got no phone....

Expected so much better from apple, their support is shocking....still no news on when i will get my phone

$#^$ you too Apple

Would love to have an explanation as to why my oolder iPhones work perfectly fine. But ever since I updated to the 8 and past. I have had nothing but issues.

My keyboard is malfunctioning horribly on my phone and I cant even use it because of it.

I noticed that this only started happening after I was leaving reviews on apple store about how they pay to remove bad but honest reviews.
All of a sudden, huh?

Scummiest f$%#ing business practices.

You've already been sued for knowingly slowing down phones and now you're abusing your powers.

People don't agree with you so you make their phones stop working.

You can't sensor me here %$&holes.

Out here f^%$ing up hard working peoples 1,000$ phones intentionally.

Real $#^$ing quick way for me to go back to the early 2,000's flip phones I still have THAT WORK.

iPhone produces waterproof phone

The face recognition of my iPhone 12 Pro max phone that I bought was broken, I sent it to the service, so it was said to be out of warranty, yes, I took a photo by the pool, liquid wet. they are selling defective products to people who are broken due to touching, they are saying that they are not waterproof or worse, they are giving false information to customers and deceiving them. I demand my phone to be changed. Actually, I know that they will not take action, so I applied to the court, but I am writing so that other consumers can see the complaints and think twice when buying an iPhone. Do not buy the company does not stand behind the phone.

Imagine I bought two I phone 13 promax…

Imagine I bought two I phone 13 promax paying £ 2300 . No more basic earphone included and charger with no plug . And only the difference little bit is the camera. Battery life the same as In XR Phone and the photo quality and the speed are the same . Apple finished since Steeve Jobs passed away . They become useless company lying to make money. I will never buy again I phone in the future.

Shame On You Apple and AT&T. Shame on you.

So excited to get my new iPhone 12!

Reluctant to upgrade with so many “new and improved” models being introduced with a frequency that might be modeled after Irish Catholics born in the late 1920’s who wouldn’t embrace contraception, I waited.

I waited until my iPhone 6 couldn’t hold a charge, failed to ring and the volume control … didn’t impact the volume anymore. Only then did I upgrade and take the leap.

What no one at AT&T, those messengers of upgrade availability that seem to commence with receipt of a new (upgraded) model -I mean, do they get paid by Apple for every upgrade notification they broadcast or something, like click-throughs on a search engine? Because to say AT&T is prolific in their encouragements to upgrade is an understatement (but I can’t think of an appropriate metaphor).

Unlike previous iPhone models my 12 arrived with only 25% charge and packaged with it a power cord but no charging block. Apple expounds on “environmental impact” being the reason it decided not to equip you properly. Did no one consider there’s no environmental impact due to the difficulty to break down the contents of a charging block UNTIL they’re being disposed of?
[I guess we can anticipate yet more varieties of charging blocks and connections types so that none of our Apple devices are interchangeable.]

Oh yeah, the OTHER reason is the 70% increase of boxes Apple can get on a pallet because the block couldn’t fit in the new iPhone boxes. Boxes, mind you, that were designed NOT to fit the cubes, but could have been! But then they wouldn’t be able to ship as many together, so profit imperatives rule that decision, pure and simple.

It appears the new charging blocks are narrower and longer and there was nothing stopping Apple from creating a recess in the box sufficient to accommodate them while still managing to get more boxes on a pallet. Apple of the cutting edge packaging remember!

My provider is AT&T so I can only speak to my experience with them (though when I was contemplating switching to Verizon I did complete an order for an iPhone 12 that also failed to mention the need I would have for a charging block).

AT&T -among the first to elevate customer service to the level of virtue signaling- didn’t mention I wouldn’t be able to use the multitude of charging blocks in my possession, all standard USBs; though they also possessed the knowledge that I was upgrading from an iPhone 6, and “need” of it I would have!

When you go back to their site -after receiving your new model phone without the ability to charge it, but fully requiring a charge after activating it, updating the IOS and transferring your data- the charging block is considered an “accessory” that needs to be purchased independently. You know, kind of like when you buy a car and then have to go buy it’s engine. In what world does a product manufacturer consider the power source an “accessory”? (Ok, printers, but that’s a whole other rant, I mean conversation).

Complicit in Apple’s faux “cause” declaration founded on “environmental impact”, AT&T commits an epic fail when they sell that upgrade they’ve been harping about (notifications you dismiss repeatedly because they just keep coming back), by not mentioning you won’t be able to use it since, unlike the earlier iPhone models and Apple devices, you won’t be getting its power source.

Amazed by how obtuse both of these communication giants have chosen to be -for its a decision made and implemented, not an over-sight or ‘oops’; and frustrated by the lack of recourse both KNOW we as customers lack, I’m also insulted. They should be ashamed. Seriously: Shame on you Apple, and shame on you AT&T.

Apple - cultlike company

Apple isn't just a company. Apple is like a cult where its members (Apple fanboys) worship their leader (Apple) and are ready to buy their latest products even if this means next month they will be starving with no money. Don't even try to argue with them, because for these people there's only one phone existing in the world and it's called "Iphone".

Another problem with this company is ridiculous prices. Their products are way too much overpriced compared to other companies and knowing that you have such fanboys all over the world, ready to buy your products no matter how high you set their prices, that's exactly what Apple does.

Lastly, their operating systems are closed and they also seem very closed company, again just like a cult, not willing to share anything with others.

iPhone 13 is the worst one made yet

iPhone 13 is the worst one made yet. Volume for GPS, when connected Bluetooth to vehicle, cannot be increased, based on the over 2 hours of search solutions I have found today. Apple products used to be user-friendly, but they have become so complicated, that I may have to end my relationship with them. Life is full of frustrations, I don’t need a phone to add to that pile.

Apple sucks

Apple sucks, trying to charge a ridiculous price for a screen replacement. I would get a new MacBook for that same price.
