One month old phone turned out to be…

One month old phone turned out to be defective. Have been without a replacement for 4 days despite spending 7 hours at ATT store and an additional 3 hours on phone with apple support. Paid $700 for phone and will likely lose entire amount as they refuse to provide a timely replacement. They said it would take up to 30 days to replace phone. Total nightmare dealing with apple support. Going shopping for new phone tomorrow, it won’t be an apple, live and learn

I understand apple’s need to make more money but no charger in box plus changing to usb c which put myself at a disadvantage as I had no capability to charge phone after 60% ok phone on box opening complete uninterest from retailer Argos and apple I thought hundreds of pound already spent was enough no no no more please rip off so if your planning an iPhone purchase near in mind you need usb c charger to use in car old usb and you don’t get one usb c cable also so open wallet time again disappointed can’t charge out of box and waiting for accessories I should have got !!!!!

Apple iPhone quality no longer tgere

This is the second time I have been more than disappointed by Apple iPhones. However this time, the company would not accept that they have major issues with their iOS updates. The issue causing major bugs started 7 months ago and countless texting by Apple through their support website.
The defects cost me too much time and money and they made sure that my warranty ran out before they could do something. The bugs with not getting notifications caused problems with calendar app and contacts.
I was never taken seriously and now that the warranty is over I am out of luck. How convenient! Last time I left Sppleit was due to battery issues and now updates that I Never get

and apple in Denmark don't care about it they just saw I must shop a new phone.

The only reasons it has four I will explain later but for starters let’s talk about the negative on the iPhones .Four times I was trying to send a screenshot it would not let me yeah imagine that . Now for the positive. I love how you can have your AirPods connected and only iPhones can use them it makes you feel like you have a special phone

I love my iPhone and I think it's great!

I have an iPhone 12 Pro Max and I absolutely love it, it's just a fantastic device, super smooth, nothing ever lags and does everything you want it to do and more, I think aside from the high price of apples products, they're mostly great! I also ended up buying an apple watch and AirPods Pro after getting my iPhone because I loved the experience so much!

I absolutely love my IPhone 12 Pro Max because it’s super fast and works really good but what I don’t like is Apple has been charging me over $400.00 a month for in app purchases for a game that I play. I do play the game but I do not pay $400.00 for in app purchases ever! I have requested a refund on every one of them and all apple tells me is that purchase is not available for a refund. Okay then Apple that’s stealing from people and don’t you think you have enough money? You don’t have to be that greedy……. They also charged me for 2 apps that lied about how they worked and they didn’t and don’t work so once again I get a hold of Apple to get a refund and once again like everything else it’s not available for a refund. So again Apple is stealing money from there customers.

This business has demonstrated unethical practices for awhile. I have repeatedly been billed for subscriptions I didn’t purchase. I have repeatedly been billed days ahead of agreed upon payment dates. Also, the employees run remote operations that violated my privacy, accessed stored files, and shared them with others thinking it would go undetected. Numerous customer service reps have lied about company policies and procedures.

This review is a warning to all of humanity. I say this to all customers, employees, leaders of the company & all workers in the field installing these new technologies. This is the kill grid designed to take down humanity and no it’s not a conspiracy! This entire “psychological operation” that’s been happening the last two plus years making everyone believe in the airborne contagion which has never been isolated in a laboratory worldwide scale (Listen to Dr. Stefan Lanka for details) has been preparing everyone to accept the deaths to come from the technology to be labeled “coronavirus”. Everybody needs to wake up now! It went live in Wuhan late 2019 after the chinese people were given mandatory vaccines that prior fall with nanotechnology which made them more conductive to the frequencies. Human beings are electric. We are conductors of energy. AirPods make your head a target and the millimeter waves triangulate on your head taking your breath away. The plexiglass helps them to aim the millimeter waves at people easier. These are remote controlled frequencies by the government. The knowledgeable installers will tell you the government can turn the frequencies up anytime they want to. This is military grade weaponry. 60ghz is what these frequencies are being broadcasted at as listed on the FCC website. 60ghz is the same frequency oxygen molecules react to. The masks have been put in place to weaken your immunity. They also have nanofibers in them and this is a verifiable fact admitted by the medical establishment. These technologies have been installed in new vehicles, public buildings, schools, hospitals, airports, everywhere! They’ve also weaponized hvac systems with alleged “air purifiers” that contain cold plasma reactive nitrogen species generating systems which destroy the lung lining over time. The new street lamps and headlights on vehicles destroy the vision and cause harm to the retina. Many have been outfitted with 5G antennas. They are also installed under man holes. They need permits and the locations can be identified through the city employees. This is why everything is closed to the public to prevent questions being asked. People need to look into the relation between Bill gates funded pivotal systems and the Kirkland life care center because of the close proximity. I was told they had just installed a new tower immediately next to the care home. Many senior residence facilities suffered the same fate on a worldwide scale near these new installs. Apple has hands down the best…

Apple has hands down the best technology in smartphones. If you take care of your equipment it works amazing! Even if your a little rough on it or get it wet it still performs. My whole house uses Apple products and their warranties are great as well.
