Ipsos I-say 

I used to love this site and never had a bad word said about it but recently since its changed over I can not get on to it at all am wanting to cash out and can't sign into my account it keeps saying bad gateway am really sick of this now.... and I've tried to email yourselves and all am getting is a automated message this is not good isay!!!!

I have had the same problems that others are reporting but needed only 20 points to get my next reward it took since the site update until 09.12.21 to earn the 20 points, I tried to claim on friday but was redirected to a foreign site, tried again saturday again on Sunday, Have tried 3 more times monday and then twice today, I am still getting survey invites but as there seems to be no way to cash in the earned rewards so little point completing them, As soon as I click on any reward it takes me to the foreign site, I log in and it takes me immediately back to the UK site where i have to log in again Click on the reward and its back to the foreign site and round and round it goes, I can only imagine that I-say have failed but are continuing to send out survey invites in the hope people will fill them in which means whatever is left of I-say will get paid off their customers, I am expecting the site to disappear completely any time now its already very broken,

This site needs trust to work. Trust has now gone.

Like all the others here, I've rarely been able to participate in surveys sine the change in website. Even when I do answer questions, I'm eventually kicked out, with a bland statement about how they do not need me to participate. This is after 20-30 detailed questions regarding a service or product. If I'm lucky, I will get 3 points (worth £0.03), if not, zero.

Give the problems people seem to have in redeeming their points, it looks like I won't even get my 3p!!

Don't waste your time doing surveys on this site! I ordered a £5 Tesco Gift card 3 weeks ago, but the link they sent doesn't work. Contacted Tesco who told me wrong link was sent, so I contacted Ipsos Isay 3 times but they haven't bothered to reply. Before they switched to new site last month, they always replied promptly, but since the switch they don't respond at all. Take my advice and do surveys through Swagbucks, Panel Opinion, or anyone other than Ipsos Isay scammers.

Like many others on here I have been a member of Ipsos I-Say for many years. Since their website was 'updated' it has been useless. Messages saying the website is down, being rejected for loads of surveys and then when you try to claim your reward it takes you to their Romanian website which takes you round in a circle. I have emailed them about the problem several times with no reply. They will lose people in the end. Don't bother joining I-Say it is rubbish.

I have a friend who swears by this site, which is why I choose to believe it isn't a scam, BUT, I can't claim my rewards. I emailed tech support last week and got no response. So, basically, you are wasting sometimes hours of your time to get nothing in return. I have re-tried every day this week to claim the rewards, but it just signs me out and then the sign in page is in Romanian.

I collected points to receive a reward and it doesnt work, I wont answer any rewards anymore

They have changed the website and now you can't redeem points for rewards, which defeats the object. I won't be doing any more surveys until they resolve this.

Just to let other reviewers know. Ipsos i-Say has TWO Trustpilot review sites: One ends with 'ipsos-i-say' and the other ends with 'i-say'. This seems confusing to me. People are leaving reviews on either site. So unless you check both sites, you will only see reviews from one site.

So like everyone else that has left recent reviews on either site. I am also having major issues with redeeming rewards. I am getting fed up seeing the site logout me out and then transfer me to a Romanian site. I am no longer doing any more surveys until these major problems have been fixed.

Have been a member of this panel for 7 years, but since they moved to the 'new' website my account no longer works. When I try to log in I'm met with username/password is incorrect. If I try to change my password I get username doesn't exist. Contacted the support team on 5 different occations and they don't reply. Contacted via Facebook, and get generic message

This has dragged on now for over 6 weeks and I'm no further forward! also more than slightly peeved as I had over 6500 points acrude worth aroung £65 !!

They're getting questionnaires for free, cut you out after 10 mins. This was my go to site for a year. Until they sort it out, avoid.

The same story as other recent posts , I have tried to cash out my reward and have been transferred to a Romanian site . There's a message which says that the site is down . I'm extremely unimpressed as it takes a lot of time to accumulate the necessary points and these companies actually make a lot of money from this information .

What is going on with the website. Nobody can log in to it anymore? Have you gone bust?

I have been unable to claim a reward, it goes to a Rumanian site and when I click on Amazon reward card it just says sorry this site is down ! been like that for days now. I think the only thing I can do is delete my membership and forget about the points I earned ! SHAME ON YOU IPSOS I -SAY !

This would have been 5 stars before they changed. Always good site for earning, but now I have come to cash out and it just takes me to an error page. I think they have deleted my account so they don't have to pay. Nobody replies at customer service. Stay away from this one.

I agree with the other comments. It has gone downhill since the website was redesigned. Most of the surveys seem to be unavailable and there is a lot of time wasting re-entering personal details.
I have tried to cash out today but am constantly being switched to the Romanian website and keep going in a loop.
Unless it is sorted soon, I shall be closing my account.

Used to be a good,simple,reliable website.No longer so.Recent changes have made it almost unusable.No reasons given for these changes but somewhere in that organisation,heads should roll !

Absolutely terrible which is a shame as it wasn't bad before the new website was introduced. A complete waste of time, every survey is either unavailable or has reached its quota. I've contacted them several times but the response is not worth having - even if you are lucky enough to get one. Don't waste your time.

Used to like this site, but of late have become scammers.
Surveys are few and far between, or don't exist at all when you click the invite or try them from the main page.
Just completed a 25min survey to find that I had been awarded an entry into the prize draw! Ridiculous!
Amazon gift cards are no longer available and I don't want any of the others.
I'll get to cashout level and then leave these useless bunch of chancers.

The time needed to be spent to start a survey and then to be kicked out. You start on an 80 point survey and before you know it, you have completed a 30 point one. Now they seem to have stopped Amazon gift cards.
