I agree with other comments that I Say have gone downhill over the years. I have had fewer technical issues with the new website which is a plus. Flat rate 3 points for screening out of a survey no... See more

Just to let other reviewers know. Ipsos i-Say has TWO Trustpilot review sites: One ends with 'ipsos-i-say' and the other ends with 'i-say'. This seems confusing to me. People are leaving reviews... See more

I'm really disappointed with this site
I'm really disappointed with this site. It used to be great but now I'm claiming my rewards in the form of Amazon vouchers and the site says its fulfilled but I haven't received them. I messaged them but cannot get a reply! This has be the case for a while now. I am owed the rewards (2) as I have the points but they will not reply to me. Very fraudulent!!!
The site is OK
The site is good, you get some points if you are screened out, but it takes ALOT of surveys, to get to the minimum £5 cashout, its slave labour really, but you will find that with all survey sites, they want the information, but don't want to pay for it or pay the bare minimum.
Used to be a fantastic survey site
Used to be a fantastic survey site , recently though none of the surveys are available. Not sure what is happening . Never been an issue with any other survey companies.
beware
It is possible to gain enough points for a reward, I have succeeded many times now.
However, all too often they get you to answer lots of questions - answers which are of value to them - and then tell you there is no survey available and after spending your time you get no points at all.
I have had mainly a positive experience…
I have had mainly a positive experience with this company. I have had over £30 of rewards in two months which I claimed Amazon voucher and prepaid MasterCard. They are prompt with delivering the rewards. Yes, sometimes you don’t match the requirement for the survey which can be frustrating at times but if you have five mins to kill, what’s the harm. You aren’t losing anything.
Good turned bad :(
Until recently I was getting several surveys a week and points scored were good for surveys completed if I did`nt match a particular survey this happened on the first or second question. Recently surveys have all but dried up and ones that do appear seem to continue for several mins asking lots of questions then I get thrown out without and points for my time....previously they`d given 10 points just for participation.
This now seems to be the new way....get info from participants and pay them NOTHING! If things don`t change in the next week I`m closing my account.
Broken and mostly pointless.
They certainly send me lots of surveys but most of the tine I get the message "This survey isn't available right now as you might've already taken it" if you enquire as to why this happens so often the form response will be "it seems that you completed a survey with a similar topic another time" although this doesn't stop them from sending useless notifications about their existence. Even when you get through to the survey, rejection is the most likely result much like most of my attempts leading to a balance that looks like multiple pages of this - imgurdotcom/7d3jyRX.jpg . Annoying and a waste of everybody's time.
Poor customer service
The Poll Predictor hasn't worked in months, and customer service has been unhelpful and avoiding my questions. I've asked them if we will ever get back the poll predictors that we've lost due to their technical issues and I've still not received a straightforward response.
Disappointed to say the least
Disappointed to say the least. My account was deactivated quite suddenly. When I followed up with them they tell me it is due to me no longer meeting their customer requirements and confirm I have done nothing wrong. BUT they will NOT allow me to redeem my points. They keep telling me they have every right to end my account according to the T&C. I read the T&C, unless i have done something wrong (which they confirmed was not the case) I have 45 days to redeem and they still won't allow me. Just be careful if you use this company and redeem your points as soon as possible so you don't lose them.
Legit site
I have had nothing but great experiences with Ipsos I-say. Anytime I do surveys and save up my points for a gift card or PayPal, they always have delivered in a very short time. I have also done many product tests for them and even have participated in a zoom type call with a moderator and other isay members. You can really get a lot of points for doing those and they can be exchanged for gift cards or sent to your PayPal account. I’ve been a member now for about 8 months and have had positive experiences each time. Customer service is also responsive.
scam and dishonest site
There must be an issue of companies that manipulate us and steal the effort after several weeks of follow-up and before collecting the prizes from them, they send you an email with the termination of membership. A scam and dishonest site
After fatigue
After fatigue, effort and follow-up, and when you request the prize, you will find that they sent you an email with the following

Do not waste your time and effort with this site after spending weeks with it and when requesting the prize it says not available now and after days your account will be banned
Not a picnic, honest at all, and takes advantage of your effort

they promised me a 15 amazon voucher i havent received it i am so disappointed i just want my voucher
Not many surveys available
Not many surveys available. It takes ages to get enough to get £5. Once you claim the voucher is received very quickly though.
Penny Pinchers
At first I thought it was quite fun, although the chance to win a naff prize seems remote and the reward points are literally pennies. Might just rage quit now after filling in endless questions about my banking preferences only to then be taken to a blank screen with tiny words at the top from which I could not escape. Feels deliberate. Not impressed by Ipsos I-say’s meanness to save about 20p. Would be fine if I am allowed to complete the surveys marked ‘incomplete’ but there is no option to do this.
Ipsos / I-say = S.C.A.M = DON'T DO IT !!!
Sent tons of email requests to their support regarding my Starbucks 500-point link-reward that I never received & still no response ???
Their Q & A section states that these gift cards are sent immediately, it's been 7-months now ????
Garbage survey company 1-star *
Few years back I was doing Survey for…
Few years back I was doing Survey for Ipsos I-say until I reached $100 in my account. Then, all of a sudden I could not log in anymore. I ended up contacting customer services twice. Twice they said they reactivated my account and twice I still couldn't log in. The last customer service representative told me it could take few days for my account to work again but it never did. I spent HOURS taking surveys and I never got paid for them. What a shame. It's a total scam!
Not bad
There aren't as many surveys available as some other sites, but there has always been at least one per day for me (usually more.) I have seen a lot of people complain about the surveys becoming full too quickly, however it is not i-says fault that the company only wanted a small demographic/ you do not fit into their demographic. I do have this problem a lot (50%?) and you are still compensated with some points. I really like the poll predictor though, where you guess a percentage for a chance to earn prizes, obviously I have never won but I enjoy it!! This is one of my preferred survey sites, even if not the best.
