Gained points with no reward
Earned a £10 Amazon voucher and never received the voucher. Contacted them 4 times in the past 2 weeks and not heard anything back!
Rubbish/Rude Ipsos Isay
I’m exactly the same and i was due 2 M&S vouchers from Oct 2021, they were temp out of stock and have never received them, i email them daily to pester them, repeating the same email, all i get is a reply saying thanks for recaching out.
I’m going to close my account in the next few days, just sick of them now and this rudeness, they were so much better before.
Not as good as it used to be
Not as good as it used to be. Since they relaunched their website and app, the number of surveys I’ve qualified for has dramatically reduced. I get screened out of most surveys now and a lot of the links in the email notifications take you to an error page. It worked a lot better with the old system. Another major issue is the reward scheme. They removed a lot of the reward vouchers, leaving only £5 or £10. This is really unfair to those of us who have accumulated many points and would like to trade them for £25/£50 Mastercard vouchers to spend online. I wouldn’t waste your time with ipso. There are others like Prize Rebel and Populus Live who pay cash and other varieties of rewards for doing the same sort of surveys.
This company used to be okay. Used to be!
This company used to be okay, but not great, for surveys. However, they now don't give either estimated completion time or reward/payment for surveys in their invitation emails. On their website they only give a list of surveys with estimated times, but no idea of payment! Unless you have time to waste, and don't care if you only get paid pennies, then I'd say stay clear - there are far better and up-front survey companies out there!
Disappointing and frustrating
I totally agree with all other comments. The new website is just terrible. I've also been a member for 15 years and have had good rewards and surveys over the years, but this is just awful. I have not managed to be chosen for one survey since the new website launched, which is rather strange. The worst thing for me is their communication. You hardly get a response and if you do, and they never sign with their names, which I find rude and unacceptable but clearly shows the attitude of this company. I'm going to give it a few more weeks before I close my account. Disappointing and frustrating.
They used to be a fair site
They used to be a fair site, they gradually over the past year got worse and worse and now they have changed the site and it is now simply designed to STEAL your time with the same set of questions multiple times which they have in your account details, and then they freeze you out with no reward. If you question them you wait ages for a reply and that reply never matches your question. Some organisation must be able to take them to task on the dishonesty they now follow. Don't use them people i have for years but the next time i reach a payout level i will take it and they can then keep their site.
New site is absolute drivel
I managed to claim a couple of £5 vouchers, clicking away idle minutes, but that was mostly from the old site. The new site, as other reviews say below, is utter drivel.
Every time I sign in they say they have changed their privacy policy and need me to sign it again, but they never say what has changed; guess for yourself how often I bother to read the whole thing.
Then, even after completing my profile info, each survey starts with a few questions from my profile, supposedly to check that it's still current – e.g. my date of birth; just how often do they anticipate that that one might change?? it goes on and on with some of the same questions coming round again, and when I get back to the home page it shows that I have been given 3 points each from multiple surveys, even though the website usually had nothing to show that I was going from one survey to another.
It's just boring to keep entering the same old questions about my household, with no questions to actually think about.
Sometimes there IS a screen "You may qualify for this survey! Duration: 23 minutes. Earn up to:" but there is a blank by the last question. I don't want to risk 23 minutes for nothing, so I go back to the home page.
The Home page shows how many points may be gained from one or more surveys, but does not state how long they are expected to take.
Oh, and there was one questionnaire tonight about credit cards, when I had to type in some providers, and say which ones I knew from about 14 on the next screen, etc. Hey, this means that I only got 3 points for getting that far, which I don't think is how it's meant to work.
New site is a shambolic disaster
Like others have found, for me the update to their site is a complete shambles. Lost my profile info and now I am repeatedly asked for the same information - perhaps a dozen questions - before being told the survey is unavailable.
Their help offering? Re-input the profile information (gee, thanks) and can I provide the survey references I'm having problems with (er, no, your system won't let me go back and no, I'm not going to write down the reference for every survey I attempt - get your system right).
And although it was of little interest to me, the previous site had a community of people setting and answering polls. That's all been wiped out.
As far as I'm concerned it's now a complete waste of time.
Thee recent update is appalling and is…
Thee recent update is appalling and is deeply frustrating. Unlikely I will be using this again unless they revert to previous arrangements.
It's not been as good as it used to be…
It's not been as good as it used to be since March 2021
I used to do regular surveys and earn £5 marks and Spencer vouchers through surveys which arrived within a few days. But since March I've ordered marks and Spencer vouchers that never showed up at least 3 times meaning I've lost about £15 worth of vouchers. The most recent one was ordered around the 9th of October and it never showed up. But then they changed their website so when they asked me to trace back to find the date I ordered it I couldn't as the firthest I could trace back to was the 9th of November when they updated their website.
I have messaged them several times but no luck.
I was hoping to get the 3 £5 voucher I've lost since March 2021 back as amazon vouchers as I did get a amazon voucher recently which arrived instantly so I will stick to amazon vouchers I'm future instead of marks and Spencer vouchers.
But I'm sad I lost all that money as no one seems to be getting back to me about this problem.
The past 2 times I have written a review on trust pilot isay have just responded by saying contact isay support. But I did several times and never got any response from them

New and ‘improved’ it ain’t.
The new website is terrible. I am constantly asked if I’m male or female, where do I live, and my date of birth. These questions go round and round and round and rarely lead to an actual survey. When I do get a survey I am now often kicked out before the end of it and given a measly three points. I no longer get emails with surveys that relate to me, now I just get reminders to check the surveys that are available, of which there are practically none.
It’s just terrible now when it used to be so worthwhile. Such a shame. If they don’t fix the issues then I will seriously consider closing my account.
Useless after update
The recent update to the format and site has rendered completing surveys impossible. I get 5-10 emails a day that, after clicking, ask the same set of questions, sometimes on a loop only to then be kicked out of the survey and sent to main page.
Out of a dozen times I try I may get an actual survey once that gives me minimal points.
It’s not worth the time. I have marked their emails as spam and closed my account.
Very poor company now
They have recently changed their format and as is the case these days it is now dreadful. Every day I get 3 or 4 invites from them. I now fill out the same questions and then after 10 minutes or so get told to go to the main page (to start with I assumed I'd been screened out so didn't go to the main page). I go there and lo and behold there are about 8 surveys to complete (which used to be auto populated as they knew who I was). I click on them and always get the message that I either wasn't suitable or I have already completed it (of course I haven't!). I also get reminder emails with a red banner saying time is running out and to complete the survey asap. Well where is it, because it's not on the website? I agree with another reviewer on here that the replies from i-say are fairly rude with an aggressive overtone.
How the mighty have fallen
Has been a steady decline in how good this site was over the last year or so, but this recent change has been a disaster. Why invite people to surveys ask the same few questions then 'survey is not a match' or words to that effect.
Assuming I can reach enough points to cash out I will seriously be looking to terminate my membership unless things improve greatly

I agree with other comments that I Say have gone downhill over the years.
I have had fewer technical issues with the new website which is a plus.
Flat rate 3 points for screening out of a survey now which is poor compared to 5-25 under the old system.
Only in stock rewards will be shown on the website now (told by CS), at the time of writing both the £5 & £10 prepaid mastercards are showing as available to order.
Points g code catalogue market
J adore ipsos i say toujours récompenses et des sondages intéressants par contre depuis que ça a changé j ai perdu des points et je ne peux plus avoir le catalogue market pour avoir Marionnaud j ai des points sur g codes je comprends pas
I have been invited to over 20 surveys…
I have been invited to over 20 surveys and managed to complete one. Just a data harvesting app. Used to be good but now is almost useless. It is a new incarnation of Ipsos Isay which is why I have given it two stars not one. It may just need time to get better
BRING THE OLD WEBSITE BACK with ORIGINAL FEATURES !
Was a great online research agency when I first joined i-Say (previously Ipsos) 5 years ago which I enjoyed taking surveys for.
The new website is very limited : slower response, more points required for a lesser choice of rewards, shorter points history.
Even the new 'modern 'look is not friendly - to me anyway.
BTW what happened to the £5/£10 Virtual Prepaid Mastercard for 490/980 points which allowed us to shop anywhere online and not only at Amazon or Decathlon ?
Change the 'record' - its stuck in a rut!
Honestly, do Ipsos I-say survey questions match the products/services we are asked to fill out surveys on? No, do they heck! I am getting very tired of answering questions (with no space for my opinion) that corral and confine my answers to ridiculous responses. Example: Today I carried out a survey on Soya Milk brands, the questions were typically obscure, considering the product was a cheap, everyday, mundane product - a consumable Soya drink. These are just a few of the themes of the questions: Do I care about, racial issues? The BAME community, LGBT, etc? Do I feel the Soya milk brand is a 'Luxury' product? Does it elevate my standing in the community? Do I gather friends and relations about me and give them a discourse on the benefits of a particular brand of Soya milk? They must get their questions from Wandavision, or something! The burning questions for me when I buy Soya milk are: Is it at a price I can comfortably afford and is it in stock? And that's all! It's time for some new metrics, Ipsos - this 'one size fits all' approach to the list of questions is becoming a real turn off - half the time I don't bother to answer your questionnaires any more.
Survey with issues and rude communication
I also receive lots of surveys that "are not available right now". Actually I receive tones of emails every day, many of which are insistent reminders for surveys that are not available and never become available. I wanted to complete 52 surveys this year to qualify for a potential contest at the end of the year, but I opened hundreds of which I could finish only 20 so far. Lots of technical issues as well. And, if you contact them to report them, they always answer you with arrogance and in an accusing or offending tone. They have a very unpolished communication style, rude I should say, when they answer the members questions, which I never experienced with other survey panels.
