I agree with other comments that I Say have gone downhill over the years. I have had fewer technical issues with the new website which is a plus. Flat rate 3 points for screening out of a survey no... See more

Just to let other reviewers know. Ipsos i-Say has TWO Trustpilot review sites: One ends with 'ipsos-i-say' and the other ends with 'i-say'. This seems confusing to me. People are leaving reviews... See more

Good but can be slow in getting points
This website is a good way of getting vouchers. After just over a month of using it I have gotten enough points for a £10 gift voucher. The surveys are easy to but quite a few times I've been rejected for them as they have had too many people do it already so I wasn't quick enough to do it. When you get a notification about a survey you need to do it straight away otherwise you won't be able to do it and earn points. If I had done all the surveys available I would probably have double the amount of points I have currently so it can be difficult to earn points sometimes.
Gift card not received ???
Gift card not received ???
Sent tons of Email requests to their support regarding my Starbucks 500-point link-reward that I never received & still no response?
Their Q & A section states that these gift cards are sent immediately, but it has been 6-MONTHS now !!!
I have seen this company advertising on actual jobs sites, which I have flagged, as you only get paid in points to be re-deemed later for gift cards that you never receive. It takes an average of a month to get enough points for a $5.00 CDN gift card, therefore total waste of time.
If you still see this review, it means I still haven't received my gift card.
Scammers.
Back in December I was asked to complete a 5 day long survey with the promise of 500 points on completion. I did this but only received 25 points. I have now mailed them on 4 occasions about this and have had the same useless reply "we have passed this on for investigation" but still no sign of the 475 points they owe me.
I have also asked for contact details of their senior management and they have not done so.
Avoid them.
Too few surveys mean rewards are too low.
Surveys are OK and they do pay out but they are too few and far between, rewards are very low and I seem to get screened out of too many of them.
