Tried to complete the profile at the registration stage, which shockingly after spending over a day doing everything possible a Tech savvy person can do, I am still unable to complete. Hence, this adding more delay in booking my train ticket under foreign quota.
They were very quick to take my registration fee of £1.10 sterling.
Raised a feedback and provided relevant screenshot, still waiting for any update if they are able to resolve or refund my fee.
Will have to find an alternative to train, will lose a customer if they are unable to resolve.

OUR worst experience EVER. We travelled from London. United Kingdom.
I don’t know where to start the train was not clean we paid for first class as we travelling with children! We had to clean it ourself. We had to ask the guy to mop the floor even then was dirty. The table, windowsill was very dirty like it’s never been cleaned we had to clean with baby nappy wipes.
The blankets and white sheets not been washed was dirty.
The BATHROOM had to bleached every time we go to the bathroom.
The staff charged us more for food and drinks for what’s on the menu. Then when we asked them for the receipt they said they will come back and not come back for a while then they say we can’t give receipt but we challenged them saying we brought something we have a right for receipt then the guy brought the receipt of the CORRECT AMOUNT . And gave the cash back.
On the way back same thing happened not been cleaned. No water in the bathroom. Bedsheets all dirty and blankets. A drunk guy kept coming up and down some locks where not working no other person should be allowed in first class especially we paid alot to be away from all that. No security on the train.
For what we paid first class we got the worst ever experience on the way to Nanded and on way back to Ludhiana

Hi I travelled on 15th October from SKLM to KJM. I observed some passengers travelling from HWH were smoking in the train. I've registered a complaint for the same. the police personnel has contacted me and they met me at BZA. However, they asked me to provide photos of the proof and did nothing. they took a photo with me and uploaded in their portal and closed the complaint. they also asked me to send the feedback message i received it from IRCTC & they've given the feedback as very good service. My rail madad reference number is 2025101506276. I would request the officials to look into it and proper action to be taken.

I would love to give negative star rating to this Indian railway, train is already late by 3.5 hrs and after reaching the desti the train Is standing on outer for more than an hour. While travelling in 3AC
While travelling in 3AC, we had booked our tickets two months in advance. However, our tickets were not confirmed, even though we were on Waiting List 1 from the day of booking. When the booking window opened, only one of our tickets got confirmed. Upon enquiring at the ticket booking counter, we were advised to purchase general tickets, which we did.
Later, the TTE informed us that we could travel in AC since one of our tickets was confirmed, and as a result, our general tickets went to waste. Despite this, our money for the general tickets was not refunded, and we were not issued any additional tickets. We travelled with just one confirmed ticket for a 33-hour journey.
It was disappointing to see that tickets were being confirmed for other passengers who boarded later and had shorter journeys, while our tickets remained unconfirmed despite being on Waiting List 1. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience after booking our tickets on the very first day of the release.

I would have probably given a minus mark. The utmost bullshit experience as it could be. The train reached my damn destination 2 hrs later. Fully pathetic speed, name Duroto should be changed to Dheere Dheere Chalte hai pohch hi jayenge. Most bakwas experience, will never recommend.
