This is one of worst websites I ever came across. I am unable to reserve any tickets. Whenever I access the website, it says change your password. And duly change the same. It accepts that your password has been successfully updated. But again, when I access the site, the same story repeats. I became very tired. Should I spit on my own face? how?

It is delayed by more than 4 hours.

IRCTC may refund the money after cancellation, if train is delayed for more than 3:hours.

Here, important is Time not money

Train no.12716 is delayed by 3 hours at Agra Cantt on 22-09-2025.

There are so many issues because of such huge delayed

1. Food ordered . But train delayed by 3 hours
2. Further tour plan is for meeting but time lapsed all arrangements are failed

3. To attend Function. But Train is delayed so all decoration and sitting arrangement expenses are waste.

4. Exam scheduled will not be re-arranged .
5. Interview appointment LOST will not be recovered by IRCTC

6. Connectivity flight scheduled get cancelled due to delayed. Cancellation of flight amount may not get from Airline Company and IRCTC will not help to get back the flight cancellation amount from Airline Company.

7. THERE ARE SO MANY ISSUES WHICH ARE MORE IMPORTANT THAN MONEY.

Same error is coming everytime for critical booking

The IRCTC portal is cluttered with too many advertisements…

The IRCTC portal is not user-friendly and is cluttered with too many advertisements, which makes navigation frustrating. The booking process feels complicated compared to other travel portals. One major drawback is that once money is added to the IRCTC wallet, it cannot be withdrawn, which is very inconvenient for users. Overall, the experience with the portal is disappointing, and it leaves a negative impression.

Disgrace to the country

I have practically tried everything possible just to get this pathetic useless waste of time no good IRCTC id. It never happened. the most pathetic illiterate website and app for the most important form of transport in this country. Absolute disgrace. Nobody seems to do anything about it. DO NOT travel on Trains until this pathetic sharade is ended. pointless, pathetic and useless. I had to cancel and spend a fortune to send my aged parents on a flight through a non government app which worked perfectly. Absolute embarrassment to this country. SOMEONE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS. Even a negative score is insufficient for this nonsense. Brings shame on the country

Flawless

I bought tickets on this website for 6 months of travel through India and had nothing but good experiences. It was easy to purchase tickets and return them as necessary for a refund. I had an easy with the payment portal too once I got the hang of it.
