As the title goes customer service is excellent, but not the connections. They're sufficient but not stable, the app malfunctions quite a lot, especially on Windows. Chrome extension/addon of ivacy does not work. It functions as it is most of the time but the selected region/IPs fail to connect most than often.

Ivacy customer service fixed two issues efficiently and without question. Best value VPN that I know of. Only lost a star as subscription renewal in the members' section offered two year max, while the 5 year offer was available to the public (which I then joined and linked to my existing membership).

I needed to contact Ivacy regarding my subscription. It was a pleasant surprise to be able to chat to an agent straight away, no waiting. The agent James resolved my issue in less than 5 minutes and I was able to go back onto the internet with safety, security and privacy

I've had Ivacy VPN for a while now & it's worked well. After the CrowdStike issue with Windows it would not open. I went to the Ivacy website & created a ticket & described the issue. Ivacy responded within a couple of hours with a link to reinstall the app & it worked flawlessly. I am very happy with their response & remedy.

DON'T EVERY BUY THIS IVACY IF YOU ARE STILL CONSIDERING TO BUY ONE, GO FOR EXPRESS VPN OR SURKSHARK, THEY EVEN HAVE A PAGE SHOWING THEY HAVE MALAYSIA VPN DESPITE THEY DO NOT HAVE MALAYSIA VPN SERVER, NOT MENTION LINE NOT STABLE SOMETIME, HAVE TO DISCONNECT AND CONNECT AGAIN MANUALLY

*not to mention that ivacy windows exe doesn't work, have to go live chat request another installer, their app itself is not stable at all, will hang for be like 20 seconds disconnect and connect back to vpn service. FOR ANDROID, IT CAN AUTO DISCONNECT FROM VPN without any symptom, useless! KILL SWITCH DOESN'T WORK BOTH TOO.

had a small issue with my vpn but after talking with Mason he fixed the issue in under a minute and had me back up running

Aniketh has helped me cancel and refund my subscription.

I bought a lifetime license for $40 years ago. It's worked well for years.

While the "lifetime" license you can buy these days is really a 5 year license, mine appears to be a real lifetime license.

It seems that every 5 years I need to ask them to reenable it, but they've done this twice now. A quick live chat (most recently with a nice guy called James) sorts this out.
