Jackies Kids Reviews 

Its a scam site that needs to be taken down. You're buying very very cheap plastic things that is nothing like the toys seen in the pictures. They are sent in plain brown cardboard boxes from China. It takes weeks to arrive.
The bit that solidified it was a con was the reviewing process. I felt that I would swollow the cost but leave a bad reveiew so no one else would fall for it. However. When you write a review on the website you then get an email to 'Confirm' if it was you that made the review. You are then redirected to another website called Judge.me where you think you are posting up the review. It then posts a review to the product somewhere on the judge.me website and this never gets postedup on the Jackies Kids website. Their reviews are fake and never change.

No stars.

I ordered £200+ of toys on the 4th Jan. It said fast delivery. Posted: 7th Jan, 3 days after ordering, Expected: 17th Jan. Missing kids birthday by 4 days.
No humans on the phone and only a standard email saying 'its on it way' after 1 week of waiting.
I will be returing and not using that site again

I ordered a present for my grandson for Xmas.

Still not arrived as of 12 January and my refund requests have been ignored

Shocking company

Game arrived with battered creased box. It was intended as a new birthday present and could not be given in that condition. Company offered only 20% refund. Not adequate, as I had to go to a local shop and buy a replacement. Company refused to respond to requests for full refund. Awful establishment.

If I could give zero stars I would. Awful awful company, stealing money from customers and not sending any purchases.
I've been waiting for an order for approx six weeks and when I contacted them to cancel as it was not going to arrive in time for Christmas they said there was nothing they could do as it had already been sent.
Needless to say the delivery has never arrived!!
Very misleading that they call themselves Jackies Kids UK - please don't be fooled by this. They are a Chinese company!

If I could give zero stars I would - ordered on 1 December for my 3 year old grandson, arrived on 29 December, too late for Santa. They’re great with the emails telling you it’s on its way but don’t believe them. According to tracking my gift was in London for 4 days before Christmas yet didn’t move. Other toys ordered from China arrived in time. Steer clear

A con..I asked them if they were UK based, they responded with yes. They’re not! A no questions asked return policy..but the T&Cs say I am responsible for the cost/tracking of the return. Thankfully, I didn’t spend a great deal so kept the items.
Don’t shop here!

Ordered a toy for Christmas and on opening it a major part was broken. Contacted for a refund/replacement to be told as it was more than 30 days since delivery they could not do anything. I explained it wasn't opened until Christmas hence the delay but apparently this didn't matter. Wouldn't have ordered from them if I had realised how poor the customer service was

I ordered a xmas present for my autistic nephew. It never arrived. Every email for a month was met with a robotic automatic reply telling me “Success! It’s been delivered! Yet they leave you no other way to get help.

They’ve robbed us without any care in the world.

I ordered 3 golden wings flying dragons in august to put back for Christmas, purely because I thought this is a British company. When they arrived I was shocked at the poor quality. One of the toys didn’t work properly so I complained through PayPal. After a lot of tooing and froing, PayPal didn’t uphold my complaint and so I got back onto the company who said I could return the items but I had to pay. It cost more to return them than it did to buy them so I kept them. I gave them to the children at Christmas and the one that didn’t work properly broke the next day. This company won’t refund or replace because I bought over 30 days ago!AVOID

Truly awful service. I bought a sensory swing for my daughter for Christmas. It took forever to turn up, was appalling quality and didn't come with the correct fixings or any instructions. When I asked for my money back (30 days no questions asked) they asked for video evidence before they would consider my request, and if I wanted my refund I had to pay postage to Hong Kong, which would negate any refund. They are an absolute shower.

The toy was of extremely poor quality and I did not give it as a Christmas present. When I asked about returning it for a refund, I was told I needed to send it to China, at my own cost. The website implies a UK based company but that is clearly not the case. The advertised 'hassle free refund' policy is non existent. Customer service is an automated email.
Terrible experience!

Recieved bath toy as a present and immediately started leaking brownnand orage battery acid/residue. No seals are present on the 'bath toy' for a 3 year old. Strange that on their website there are over 15 reviews of said toy with 5/5 stars saying how good it is. After some searching and finding the same product elsewhere for a lot cheaper, the reviews were all 1 star having experienced the same as myself. After complaining the toy had magically vanished from the site and generic emails followed.... do not use.

I too fell for this being a reputable company due to the website and the fact it was UK only and registered in Austria. Same story, delayed postage, absolute garbage received unfit for the local tip never mind a child to play with and a return address in China that doesn't exist so you've no possibility of receiving a refund for the rubbish as they will just say it never arrived, you're just throwing more money away. Avoid like the plague.

Avoid this company. They’re based in China and their absolutely poor quality. I ordered a toy for my grandson on 10th December. I didn’t know they were a Chinese company. Toy didn’t arrive until after Christmas and it was damaged. I sent them a picture of the damage and they said it’s still usable and offered me a 20% discount. To return the faulty goods I’d have to print out the return form , I don’t have a printer and I’m almost 70 years old. In the end. I just accepted their offer. Terrible company . Avoid.

Poor service and quality I received my package and there is a hole which you can see through and an additional tear, this was for a birthday present which I can no longer give due to the poor quality. I reached out immediately and was told it is not eligible for a refund or replacement despite sending photo evidence.

Absolute scam. The item is nothing like the photos because they are AI images. Cheap, badly made, nothing like the description and refusing to give me a refund.

Complete scam of a company. Cheap plastic rubbish and when it goes wrong, they'll keep making you jump through hoops (which I guess is fine if you have unlimited time to shoot more and more videos of the same problem). Avoid at all costs

Don’t purchase anything from Jackie’s Kids. As with all the other reviews - terrible service, quality of goods cheap and nasty, absolute rip off. The company deserves zero stars.

I ordered a gift for my niece in early December and it’s now early January and it still hasn’t arrived.
The company are clearly not Uk based & do not care, I’ve asked for a refund and all they say is it’s been delivered.
