Terrible service
Terrible service, order was replace by a cheaper product, different material wipes and won’t refund the difference. Got hang up by the manager- Robert! Another point is, the exchange product was not agreed in advance!!!

Thank you for your feedback, we are sorry that you feel this way about our service. Due to the covid-19 pandemic we received exceptional demand on all hygiene products and on rare occasions we had to supply alternatives - however we supplied a superior, more expensive product (70% alcohol vs 50-70% concentration) and provided you with an extra tub resulting in an additional 150 wipes free of charge. Under no circumstances would we supply a cheaper product.
We advised we would collect the products from you and provide a full refund but you declined, after a considerable amount of time we could not find any resolution. My colleague had no choice but to politely and professionally end the call as we had other customers requiring assistance including the health service during this difficult time.

I had my first delivery recently and there were issues with the two day delivery as it was delayed due to confusion with new delivery company I was informed.
