bait and switch scam
I went through the entire process of booking, provided all credit cards and passport details and at the last step it declined the booking saying the flights were not there. I should have known better as their flights were showing cheaper than the next OTA. it's a simple bait and switch scam.

If there was any option to give you guys 0 star I was definitely gonna do that for you.
Your customer service is really bad.
You guys can only show on the call that you are trying to solve customers problems but the fact is you can’t do anything from your side.
If your website is doing something wrong
You know very well how to make customers faulty in that and then if you guys don’t have any option then you will ask the customer to contact with the airline directly even though there’s nothing to do with the airline.
And
You know how to argument with customers in emails.
Thanks a lot for providing bad service.
I will recommend not to book flights with Jettyz in future.
Very Unprofessional and inappropriate behaviour.
