John & Pam were absolutely brilliant. Top service. Pam messaged me the morning of delivery to give me an ETA. I replied to explain no one would be home but I was happy for them to be left in the back garden to which they obliged and explained she would send a text and provide proof of delivery when done so.
Unfortunately, the biggest box wouldn’t fit through our back gate so they left the box down the side of the house and barricaded this in with bits from around the garden 😃 Brilliant service. Highly recommended. Pam is a gem, very polite & personal with her texts which is very important when they are delivering an expensive item.

Mannered. The customer services were brilliant too when I had to rearrange delivery. The delivery men kept me up to date when they would be arriving with an hour phone calls heads up. Would definitely recommend them as a delivery company.

Had to cancel my assembly date as patio wasn't finished, I got another date a week later which was perfect, the guys kept me up to date with time when they would be arriving, Niall and Andrew were very polite and well mannered, they were putting up a 3x3 pergola, they never stopped very hard working guys, I am so pleased with it and I'm sure it will be well used, Naill and Andrew went over everything with me, would highly recommend. We received our items today and i would like to give high praise to John and Pam who not only delivvered them, offered to help us build it, but most importantly respected our home and elderly residents whilst showing great interest in us just becoming veteran friendly and asking if they can help or support our veteran open day on the 29th of August. Our Maze Pergola was delivered and built by John and Pam. They did an excellent job from arriving through the build and explanation of how the roof and blinds worked. They were very professional yet friendly and did a very tidy job.

So far, Jigsaw has missed two confirmed delivery dates that were communicated to me via text. I live in a pretty big town in the south less than 30 miles from London - so I don't think it has to do with transportation issues.

Instead of trying to make this right and re-scheduling delivery for the following day, they want me to wait multiple days before their next attempt.

I've tried to contact Jigsaw directly (twice now) but never get an answer on their phone line.

I cannot recommend this service. I will update this review if they ever end up delivering my goods.

Jigsaw have just delivered my garden corner seating from Maze Living. Stuart and Steve were amazing. They were polite and professional, handling my furniture with care and even though they were busy, they assembled my unit for me. As I’m 74 years old, and living alone, I would have found it difficult. A BIG shout out for Stuart and Steve!! Thank you so much guys 😘

I have received absolutely appalling service from this company.
I order 2x mirrors from Rowan Homes.com on 24th July 2024.

I received a confirmation text from Jigsaw-logistics.com on Monday 29th July stating they are going to deliver my items on Friday 2nd August. Friday 2nd comes and I get a call from the delivery driver stating that his lorry has broken down, he will need to rearrange my delivery. I thought fair enough these things happen.
On Monday 5th August, I received a text confirming they will be delivering my items on Wednesday 7th August. On Wednesday 7th, I get a call at 08:36 stating the lorry has broken down and they will not be able to deliver my items.

I can understand the lorry breaking down once but twice I thought was a poor excuse. Anyway after a phone call to Jigsaw customer services, I was given a delivery date of Friday 9th August. I thought fantastic I'm going to receive my items, which will make me happy.
I received a call at 16:56 from the driver saying that he's 15mins away and will be delivering my items. I waited for an hour and thought I'd better call him as he may have got lost. When my husband called the driver, he stated his lorry had broken down and he wouldn't be able to deliver my item today. My husband asked him where he was broken down, as he stated he was 15mins away. The driver then confirmed he was actually broken down in Bury St Edmunds, which is 1hr 20 mins away from my home. He admitted he wasn't telling the truth when he said he was 15mins away!

To say I'm frustrated and very disappointed with the service I have received from this company is the least I can say. The service has been diabolical and is a let down to Rowan Homes.com.

I have requested a refund from Rowan Homes.com together with the delivery charge if my items are not delivered today.

I would not recommend this company to any retailer who needs goods delivered in a timely manner to their customers.

I can confirm the delivery driver has delivered the items in good condition. I'm still not happy with the service they offered.

The boys that delivered our table were excellent. We live on a drang in North Devon that you can’t drive to to and they handballed the table up to us. Bless them.

Dave and his colleague delivered and assembled my sofa bed today. So friendly and very professional. Highly recommend!

John and Pam were very good, kept us well informed and delivered the table boxes exactly where we needed. Help was refused, even though it was a reasonably long walk to our lounge.

Dave & Jannis did a great job of carrying up and putting together our Cocoon sofabed (George Corner LHF). Very friendly, Tudy and professional.
