Very good service - used for a reason
Very good service, ordered before 3pm as advised and postie was knocking on the door at 8.30am the next day... excellent!
Reason for going this route was we ordered click and collect before and when we got to the store the bureau de change was closed for lunch with no-one available to pick our order... sign of the times I guess. 😔

Easy collection.
Well, the store is very local to me, which is a plus. The rate is fairly competitive, which is always good. Collection is a very easy process, once the email confirmation comes to the inbox. Take my passport, for identification, and just walk in to see a John Lewis partner collect the money and carry on my way. All fairly seamless once ordered.
