Found Todd on Seven Trent registered companies list, he responded quickly and came out to quote for the job the following day.
He replaced my old lead pipe with new plastic ready for my builder to start work on my extension.
His work is incredibly neat and he recommended the best place to bring in the new supply to cause the least disruption.
Highly recommend JTPierpoint and will be using in the future.

Todd came out to my Son's house as we needed a leak test due to high water bills. Todd popped up on his day off to turn the water off at the mains. He was incredibly helpful and informative. Would definitely contact him again and highly recommend.

Todd was recommended by an employee of Seven Trent Water following a underground pipe leak being found. Right from the start the experience and service has been excellent. He had good communication, prompt with attending to the work and completed it all within one day. He and Tom (his colleague) have a friendly approach with no awkwardness and get the work done. Informed by Severn Trent that we had a leak in a water pipe on our front drive. Contacted Todd through a recommendation and he came to assess the work required. After approving his quote he was able to do the work within 2 days. I was worried about the amount of mess this could mean as we have block paving and didn't want it to be spoilt. Needn't have worried, after removing only the parts required and laying a new pipe from the road to the kitchen, all was returned to perfect order, you could not tell it had been disturbed. Todd and his colleague Tom worked so hard and the work was completed in 2 days, they were both extremely professional and courteous and would highly recommend. Thank you both for a job well done.

Spoke to Todd about a leak we had under our driveway, within a few days he turned up, repaired it. He left it cleaner than it was in the first place! Couldn’t recommend him enough, a huge thanks again mate!
