This bed was very easy to erect, only took about an hour with a little help from my daughter to hold the corners together whilst I tightened the screws up. Daughter finds the bed and mattress very comfortable. Great size double for her bedroom size.

The service I received from just 4ft beds was excellent. I was pleased with the personal friendly service on the phone and delivery staff were very good indeed. A little more by way of instruction would have helped, eg slats arch upward and gas cylinder only works whilsr mattress is on but overall a first class service. Thank you.

Fantastic quality piece of good looking furniture
Easy to put together with two people. Very comfortable mattress on a buget cost.

bed not the right size!
Big problem was the bed was a couple of centermeters bigger than advertised which means i have to pay a carpenter to refit a boxed in cupboard!

Great bed - great service
A fantastic bed - very good quality screws etc for assembly. My 20-year-daughter actually managed to assemble it herself. The bed looks great and somehow makes her room look larger. Express delivery was as promised. I would definitely recommend for quality of bed and service.

Terrible service
Awful service I ordered and paid for a bed and headboard. Just 4ft beds advertise that they will deliver between one and two weeks.
I heard nothing from them and after I chased up the bed was delivered after five weeks....I'm still waiting for the headboard over two months later!
On top of all this the courier company delivering the bed damaged my front door...he made a hasty exit before I realised and couldn't close the door.
Just 4ft beds claim it is nothing to do with them.
Needless to say I will not be using this company again.

We can only apologise that you feel we have provided awful service. We have taken a look at the notes and can see that the bed frame was delivered within 13 days from ordering and unfortunately to get the bed to you within the time scale you wanted, we did have to use a courier company. We do always prefer to send out our own drivers, but with such short notice we do have to occasionally send out courier companies on our behalf. One of our customer service representatives did inform you that we would be using a courier and that the headboard may not arrive to us in time for the courier to deliver to you - which unfortunately did happen.
I have spoken to our Operations Manager Marinos, who has informed me that he is currently helping you with contacting the courier company to address the situation and he will keep you updated on this. Any sort of damage to your property is not fair and as such will have to be dealt with by the courier company.
We have also left you a voicemail today about delivering the headboard and we are sorry about the delay - please contact us with any more questions or problems you have.

Bed & mattress arrived within 2 weeks, the mattress in a week
The bed was easy to assemble. It looks very nice and perfect for a girl or couple.
I would use just 4ft beds again as the purchase was hassle-free. It was all done online without having to speak to anyone.
