Just 4ft Beds 

This company were excellent from start to finish. Rang when they said they were going to, held the bed in storage for me until we were ready, delivery men punctual & helpful. The bed itself excellent value, very comfortable, i have one happy teenage son. Thankyou 😃

Great service. Great value. Great bed. Everyone was really helpful- from the lady who answered my questions on the phone to the gentleman who delivered it. Looks great in our spare bedroom!

Just 4ft Beds are a fantastic company to deal with. To begin with the website is very clear and easy to use and the prices cater for all budgets. When enquiring about the delivery dates etc. the staff were very helpful and the date the bed arrived was as they said. The delivery was on time and the driver was very helpful. The bed itself is fantastic, very easy to assemble the divan bottom (you do need to hammer the feet in) and the mattress is superb. The fabric is soft and comfy and I am getting a much better night’s sleep now. I opted for the two drawers on one side and they glide like a dream and are very roomy. I will be recommending Just 4ft Beds to everyone I know because they are brilliant, Thank you.

Comfortable bed, good support for back problems, looks good, nice price too. Headboard and bed are in a nice cream colour. Delivery fantastic, very speedy, super company. If you have a three quarter room as I have this bed fits so much better than a standard double (4'6"). And double bed size bedding fits it too. So happy with my purchase!

Delighted with the new bed, my sons found assembly instructions most helpful which made the procedure less daunting! No frustrating moments and best of all no naughty language necessary. My Aussie family will enjoy.

Great service boys love there new beds

Easy ordering system and delivered on time to the room it was required. Good storage - we had two drawer - and allows other furniture to fit into fairly small bedroom. Not really a criticism but there was no indication of how to open the drawers which were sealed with a piece of fabric which needed to be cut. However a quick call to Just 4ft Beds resolved this very quickly.

Wasn't sure what to expect at first. I ordered a 4 part 4ft bed. Why the 4 parts as my stairs ain't that great. I seen the 4 part bed thought great. I ordered the bed delivery went find till I put the bed together. One part wasn't right so emailed the company. Witch were great to send me another part but still wasn't right. So the delivery man said he contact the company told them. In the end they sent me a complete new bed witch I was happy with. The company keep me informed at all times. Good one 4ft beds

I was hesitant after reading some of the reviews but as there are very few 4ft beds in stores and if there are they are so expensive I took a chance and ordered a lovely bed for my Daughter's room. I needn't have worried as everything went really smoothly and the bed and mattress were really good quality. Delivery was less than two weeks and the contact from the company was excellent. The bed was packaged so well and everything was in the pack. The mattress was only a mid range price but the quality was first class. The bed is comfier than mine!! And my Daughter loves it. This order was outside the normal but the guys helped in whatever way they could.

Order placed cancelled same day within an hour and 20 days later still waiting for a refund . Customer service extremely poor dont reply to emails . Avoid .

I would like to take this opportunity to say how pleased I have been with the level of service I have received from your company.
The sales support ladies that I have spoken to have been fantastic in sorting out any queries that I have had. The logistics team have been brilliant in accommodating my delivery requirements. Both delivery men have been courteous and helpful, and rang me to keep in contact regarding the delivery times.
Although we did have a problem with the casters on the base, upon contacting yourselves, the problem was sorted out efficiently and with the same high level of service
that I received when initially placing the order, and this is what I believe sets companies like yours above others.
I will not hesitate to recommend your company to family and friends, and would appreciate if you could pass on my thanks to the members of your teams

Absolutely fabulous chosen most expensive mattress well worth it thank you

4 foot leather bed frame was fine, but the mattress I ordered did not look anything like the photos on the website. As it was vacuum packed, we could not check to see how firm or solid mattress was before opening. Mattress is very poor quality for the price. We asked if we could return and pay for a higher priced mattress instead and were told that as we had opened the packaging the mattress could not be returned. The point I made is that with Vaccuum packed items it is impossible to check the quality without opening the packaging. No point in having a nice bed frame if the mattress is so uncomfortable. This puts me off internet shopping as I cannot trust the quality of the item and I do feel let down by this firm.
