Web site difficult to navigate

I liked the choices for flights. I appreciated knowing why the flights I was looking for were not available. The filters were difficult to understand and manipulate. Some choices took me in circles while not answering my questions. I still can't find a way to pay for my bags or request the wheel chair I will need to meet me at arrivals.

Very frustrating adding one carry-on to the first leg of my trip! I realize this is a discount fare but I feel like I have been nickel and dimed for every little thing! And can I be assured my paid- for ticket will be honored even though I did not pay for a seat selection!?
