I tried to cancel my reservation 30 minutes after booking. I am entitled for full refund. There is no option to cancel. Used Mila virtual assistant. Asked to cancel. It cancelled only my outbound flight from NY to Aruba. I received confirmation for refund for that only. I contacted Mila again they chat and phone. Asked to cancel the inbound flight from Aruba to NY. No answer and email confirmation of refund. Please cancel my trip and refund me. Because booking number is 297-834-542.

​Can’t agree more! I will never use JustFly again! When I was looking for flights, they recommended a flight which will transit at Taiwan. I didn’t know that US green card holders can’t transit in Taiwan if they hold China mainland passports. On the day when I arrived at airport, I wasn’t allowed to board the flight. When I asked JustFly why they didn’t give me any information about the transit policy, the customer service kept me waiting forever. No refund and no one even talked to me except AI messages…It’s extremely frustrating. I paid $1000 for a flight which I couldn’t even board!! Don’t use JustFly. It’s such a ripoff company with poor customer service!!

They tell you one price, you get a receipt with that amount, them they charge you more. Then there is no way to connect with a person.

Easy to purchase

Terrible, I was kept on hold and transferred to a live agent who did nothing to help me despite a last minute family emergency.

Mr. Taylor made it great. He used experience and his knowledge to slide me through. I appreciate him so much.

When booking flights they take you to so many different companies just fly cheap old air, etc. etc. I haven’t been on jet fly. I don’t believe in quite a time I know their airline is much better than frontier. Thank you.

Company cancelled my connection flight and put me on an over 12 hrs layover. Called airline direct to find of connection flight was cancelled and find out connection flight still exists and company keep lying airline change my connection flight and they keep delay changed back to my connection flight. Customer service is nonexistent. Took me 24 hrs to speak with a representative from another country. Horrible horrible.
DO NOt BUY your Airline ticket from this company. Worse experience

Was very easy to book my ticket.

Booked 4 air tickets and few hours later I got message that they cancelled my purchase. They said airline made an unexpected change

Having difficulty getting seats for 2nd leg of trip and also to add baggage. Time allotted to complete reservation is too short. I logged on 3 times to finally complete purchase!!
