Switching …

After making enquires about switching our current provider to K Com our experience with the call handler Jennifer provided us with all the information we required everything was clearly explained to us under no pressure at all , looking forward to been a customer with KCom

Easy change over 👍…

A very easy and smooth transaction with friendly staff. Made changeover very easy especially kcom informing my old supplier of my defection. Went for top package with 2 routers and saved approximately £11 a month. What’s not to like - very pleased 👍

Fibre optic installation

We had Matt and Jake install our fibre optic broadband. Consulted well with us to work out the best route into the property and were quick and efficient. Ensured all our devices were working after change over from previous provider. Did a neat and tidy job on a red hot day

Have been a long term customer of KCom…

Have been a long term customer of KCom but don't agree with the pensioners package it should be for all pensioners not just those on DWP pension credits, Customer service was very good when I finally decided to stay with K Com I was seriously considering a move to another provider.

Matt and Jake came out to fit Internet…

Matt and Jake came out to fit Internet this morning, they called me yesterday to arrange and he was polite on the phone.
They arrived when they agreed and completed the job without making a mess and quickly.

Fantastic service

Advisor help was fantastic, gave me various options to upgrade. Also got 2 new routers free of charge. Changing over to new routers was simple and easy to do. Internet capped is fantastic and fastest in my area too, beating other competitors processes for what I have

Never really give reviews as can’t be bothered but fair play to kcom from start to finish it’s been very easy and the speed of the internet has been amazing, considering I was paying more for less with Vodafone. Special mention to Matt and Jake the engineers, very efficient and friendly. Got the job done with no fuss.

The lads were so friendly!

The lads were so friendly, time effective and just a joy. Did everything that needed doing answered all questions and service was up and running quickly. Cant fault them.

The switch to KCOM was made extremely easy and straightforward. The engineer that attended (we were having to connect to full fibre) was very helpful in fitting everything how and where we wanted, and with little or no mess to clear afterwards. Highly reommended.

Overall great product

Overall great product, great and easy delivery via amazon. Had to call customer service to verify router configuration. However, due to the simplicity of connectivity/ setup i thought i was not doing the right setup BUT it turned out the setup was so simple with No interaction needed i was panicking for no reason. Great great product.
