Happy with my decision to come back to KCom. Got through easily on the phone, agent explained everything fully, giving me all my options and was happy to answer all my questions. Signed up there and then. Made the switch over from old provider for me so no hassle there. Would recommend anyone going with KC

Never really had an issue however pricing/retention miles off the pace. £35 for 300Mbps ?...told ' yeah but this is a premium service ' .. implying other networks don't provide a premium service. Will be shopping around and taking my business elsewhere.

Had to pay the plan for a year without using it just because the area where I moved wasn't covered by them. Tried everything, they were asking for around 900£ to cancel the plan, even more than I would pay monthly.

Blake and Ellis arrived exactly at the beginning of our allotted installation period. After a discussion on the location of the new ONT the required work was carried out efficiently with the original landline number ported over soon after.

It was easy to setup and all devices that was connected to my previous router were connected automatically. The monitoring and configuration from my phone is handy and gives me a great view of what is going on in my network.
