Blake and Ellis were absolutely top class, super efficient and quick in getting the job done. Really friendly and helpful in setting up the new app and ensuring all our devices were connected again.

Everyone I've spoken to about KCOM say it's so reliable and well worth going with. So I went with KCOM and the service was really as good as they'd said. Such helpful and friendly advisors. From setting up my account through to getting the broadband set up was so quick. It's working perfectly. Thank you.

Company is the only provider that has fibre where I live

Having bandwidth problems and they won’t upgrade me unless I enter into a new two year contract. Truly disgusting behaviour knowing I can’t swap over. The adviser started because I have a contract at present there is nothing they can do. They have me locked in and nothing I can do.

Kcom is expanding company now and they provide reasonable prices that works for normal income people like me.The customer service was clear, friendly ,precise and informative .

I was almost at the end of my contract and because of the discount I got when I joined KCom, the price was rising substantially. I rang them to enquire if I could reduce this and was offered a cheaper package, which I accepted

I have lived in Hull all my life except for a few years when I was at Uni or living in Germany. In those days BT had a monopoly but we were lucky to have our own telephone company, much cheaper than BT with untimed local calls and 200 free phone calls a year. It never occurred to me to move to a different company when it became an option and if there is an issue , which happened once, their office is on Carr Lane so I just jumped on a bus and went in. When I developed some ill health they gave me a month's rental for £14.99. I am on the internet for hours every day and have never had to pay any extra.

The agent called me when I was just about to call re the ending of my contract. He was super helpful and friendly and found me a new package which was considerably cheaper.

Blake & Ellis came on time. They were very professional & polite. Made sure everything was up & running before they left. They even took their boots off to walk on the carpet which was appreciated. A job very well done. Thank you. I would definitely recommend them.

Company is in breach of OFCOM and GDPR guidelines and absolutely incompetent in doing the basics! Absolute joke! Go with anyone else!

I have had many Internet service providers over the years and was reluctant to move over to KCOM when it was the only provider for a house i was moving to, the service and Internet, including speeds and connection have been the best I have ever recieved, perfect if like me you have a big family with many users, I can not recommend KCOM enough, and the app is so easy to navigate!
