Reliable broadband

I've been with KCOM for many years and have always found them to give an excellent service. My contract was due for renewal and I was offered what I consider a good deal. It was easy to renew my contract and a follow up query of mine was answered promptly and efficiently.

Had our internet installed today by…

Had our internet installed today by Matt and Jake. Both were very efficient and polite.
I had to be out and the guys ensured that the job was finished by time I had to go they even sorted the app on my phone as I’m not very good with stuff like that.
Definitely a pleasure to have them fit the equipment and nothing was too much trouble. You couldn’t tell where they had been once finished.
A credit to KCOM thanks guys

KCOM is the best.

KCOM has proven to be a reliable and caring service. Especially getting older, technology can be confusing but KCOM are patient and kind. I came back to them after trying one of the new providers and tell all my friends, that KCOM is the best service around. I’ve been back with them a year now and when my contract came to an end, found once again the help and advice I was given, is second to none. I’m a very happy customer.

Fantastic experience with k com

Fantastic experience with k com.
Quick to answer the call. Questions answered, fast service and advice. Prompt appointment and book in. Set up direct debit without issue really polite and pleasant. Completely different experience to sky. I would recommend kcom any day over other broadband providers. Great customer service, local staff and efficiency

KCOM we're cheaper than previous…

I had problems with my account due to…sky

I had problems with my account due to Sky trying to get me to order every product they sold, Victoria at KCOM made sure my KCOM account was still secure and up and running, also Matt from tech support was able to help me with my buffering problems and broadband speeds, both were very helpful and polite, and able to sort out my problems.

Outdated false advertised packages to…

Outdated false advertised packages to lure you in thinking they're helping with discounts... my package advertises as over £70 per month, discounted down to £50.

For 900mbps down and 500mbps up.

When we see others offering 2.3Gbps for £30 per month with its annual increases for the next 5 years is STILL cheaper than Kcom.

And provides you with actual wifi6 routers, not cruddy amazon eero wifi boosters (boosting a slow service signal isn't going to improve anything)

Dedicated download speeds and uploads, not overall speeds split and shared, each is their own.

Kcom for decades have been relying on having the monopoly in hull, now we have new providers, offering over 2x the service at a fraction of the cost kcom would charge.

Arrival time was between 8 and 12 and they arrived at half eight.
By ten they were finished and I was online.
Friendly helpful gents and I was online straight away.

Matt and Jake were very efficient and friendly and informed us at each stage of the installation. Great upload and download speeds. Would recommend KCOM to other broadband users.
