Tried to cancel within 12 hours of ordering. Was told if I stayed with the order, I could return. I wear an US8, ordered the correct size by their chart. They are more a 6.5/7. To return I need to pay shipping to China!!!
Poor quality, poor sizing, poor customer service.
Am going to exchange for a larger size so at least I get something for my money. They think bad reviews are their competitors doing! NOT!

The product in not from a US company. I attempted to cancel 7 days after ordering and I was told they had already shipped. That was September 27. They never arrived until October 23. The boots are cheap quality. They definitely are not quality leather. They look like vinyl.

This is a scam! They purposely try to make you think you are ordering from Keen shoes. When I discovered the truth I tried to cancel my order as it hadn’t shipped but there was no reply to the email and the Florida phone number no one answered and never returned my messages. The shoes are made so cheaply and it’s definitely false advertising as there’s no orthopedic anything to them! Can’t send back because it’s a scam I will not get a refund!

Do not order from this company - shoes are cheap and a total ripoff. They play with the Keen name to prey on suckers - like me! Walk away and save your money. No return policy!

Dang! I wish I had read reviews before I ordered purple boots for $68! The boots are cheaply made and are not comfortable. In trying to return, I got the same “deal”- 10% refund to compensate for my “unhappiness.” I DID send them back to China for $27! What a scam!

Fraudsters! The positive reviews here are scams. This company is not legit. You don't get what you ordered. You get poorly made plastic shoes that are unwearable. Ordered from Instagram. Do not believe a positive word about this company!

I really like the 2 pairs of shoes I got from keenwalking. They are very comfortable and I love the look of them. The delivery took a long time, but with the shipping backups it didn't surprise me.

How do I get a refund?? I ordered shoes a month ago and never got an email or shoes delivered. They took my money though!!!! What should I do?

I cancelled my order per email (within minutes!) when I realized this was not Keen Footwear, but KeenWalking. I let them know this was my reason for cancelling. My request was promptly addressed and I received a full refund for my order. I was greatly relieved and happy with my customer service experience.

I fell for these guys, thinking they were Keens. It took over a month to receive my order and when I did, it was shipped poorly, the shoes were seriously a piece of crap, nothing like they looked in the ad, the material was thin and cheap, no triple arch support as they were advertised to have had. I reached out to return them and they said I would have to incur all shipping charges to China. I will be reporting this company to my states Attorneys General office. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. THEY ARE A SCAM.

Has anyone been successful in returning the shoes and getting a full refund?
Like others, I have been offered 10% refund and keep the shoes (I would likely throw them away as the shoes are unwearable)

Filed a dispute with my credit card company for the charge since I never received any tracking info from vendor after 11 days.

Antenna up, so I went on line to see if they were legitimate. Surprise!!! loads of complaints filed against them.

Ordered one $60 pair of shoes. Received shoes similar to the picture that appeared used and were creased, but also too large. Started the refund process by e-mailing customer service. After three lengthy e-mails from customer service providing alternative solutions to a return, finally received a return address in China. All shipping expenses to be paid by the purchaser and that I should list the value of the product as under $5. They provided an alternative of a 10% refund if I would keep the shoes.

Knockoff shoe. Cheaply made. Don't fall for this scam

Sadly, I read this review too late and am now stuck with poor quality shoes that I cannot return as it would cost more to send them back to China than get a refund.

Agree with all the previous comments. Never again will I order from an unknown company. Stick with Zappos or Clark’s. Cheap shoes like sold in markets in China. Can’t receive returns. Will see what my credit card company says

I’m pretty careful usually, but admit I got scammed. These are basically junk shoes. I was expecting Keens or something of similar quality. They arrived in shoddy packaging with no paperwork. Customer service consists of “Manny” who I admit did get back to me quickly. Same song everyone else got. Must send back to China. Offer of 10% back etc. They were shipped to me from California, not China. I don’t know how they are even in business. It’s fraud.

I ordered a pair of shoes that came scuffed. I returned them and expected a refund. They tried to make me keep damaged shoes. They have my money, plus postage spent, and the shoes now over a month with no response. They are a rip-off company with no integrity.
