This is a scam. They inply that the shoes are Keen brand. They are not. They arrive with no label and no wonder. No one would admit to making these pieces of junk. Absolutely unwearable! I am careful to avoid scams but they got me.

I ordered shoes based on a picture that looked just like a pair of shoes sold by Keen. They were on sale for wha t I thought was a good price. Finally received these shoes and they are a cheap scam of the Keen shoes!! I paid $56.00 for these shoes and they are not even fit to wear and if they were, they would be worth no more than $5.00. I have requested a refund from the company, I hope they honor this request.

Terrible so far and I haven’t even received the product yet. DO NOT ORDER! Took forever to get my pair of shoes. Don’t trust anything advertised on Facebook.

Do not buy. Poor workmanship . Shoes are not “keen” as they make you think ordering from Keenwalking. I ordered two pair different sizes and paid $106.54. Received it after three weeks from China. There is no imprint or sticker with shoe size. Not the same color as pictured. Mailed in an envelope taped together. I tried to return the shoes because they are uncomfortable not right sizes ,not as pictured. or get refund. They direct you to mail it back to China on your own costs. Then tell you to claim it as lower than $5 to customs because it may get lost or stolen at customs. Even then there is no guarantee that they will receive it in its original state. Do since this is soo much hassle and May take up to months and the shoes may not arrive . They will not refund 100 percent until the shoes arrive in their possession. So they suggest that you can keep the shoes and they will give you 10 percent of your purchase price. That is $10.60. Ironically this is 2 pairs of shoes $10 same as the price that they tell you to claim on customs. Two pair of shoes are worth $10. Do not buy . Terrible quality and terrible customer service

KEENWALKING.COM FOUND ON FACEBOOK IS A SCAM. You can not return because you have to send to China. The sandals were made unwearable and were not the shoes on the website but a cheap knockoff. The heel was listed as 11/2 inches and the sandal wasn't even 11/2 inches total. The band that was not adjustable was 3" extra long. The shoes came wrapped up in plastic no orthotics as mentioned on website. You could find a better pair of sandals at the Dollar store. Got scammed but never again. I am trying to get my money back through my credit card company and I have all the documentation so I hope I am successful. I wish I could attach a photo.

BEWARE! Check out this company, Keenwalking, before you buy. I did not. Thinking they were KEEN shoes, I purchased a pair of sandals. Took 6 weeks to arrive. Found them shoddy, cheaply-constructed, very uncomfortable! When I sent an email to ask for a refund if I return the shoes, they replied that the shoes are made in China and I'd have t pay the shipping. They won't refund my money. I paid $50 for the pieces of crap! I should've known better. However, JUST PLEASE DON'T ORDER FROM KEENWALKING! After researching this "company", I find they are a scam/sham and others may others have similar experiences. I'm reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. They should be sought after and shut down.

Just received my order of two pairs of shoes . I can tell without unwrapping them that they are tacky , flimsy and poorly made. I swore I"d never fall for a scam again but I just did !

It took over 70 days to receive the shoes. Paid 158 for three pairs o shoes. They arrived in plastic gas and were horrible. Had to pay 27.75 to ship them back to China…. Even though they arrived from a distributor in the us Do not buy from this company! I am terribly disappointed in them. i was trying to return this shoes back to them and sent an email about my issue so luck with email then i researched this company on the internet and i found this help line number which is the corerect number for this company Great customer service, I had a query about a return and got a quick and helpful response from this company thank you

Do not fall for this scam... shoes that are shown on this site are not what you will receive and when you contact their customer service, you only get lame response...
about how they apologize and will use this info to improve their ongoing business... DO NOT FALL FOR THIS.... I WISH I COULD POST PICS, BUT IT WON'T LET ME.....

Ordered 2 pair, expecting Merrill quality, & was NOT pleased at all. Were delivered in a bag which had been sloppily taped together. Very poorly made with cheap materials. Of course ordered both pair in same size. Even though they are tagged as the same size, there is at least an inch difference. I have now sent 7 emails requesting instructions for return & refund. They respond quickly (within 1-2 days) each time, requesting pictures, but the pictures are never exactly what they want. I'm not giving up - am about ready to turn it over to a family friend who is an attorney.

Why explain when your company never responds. bought 2 sandals I ordered size 8, USA, you sent a 6, no invoice, no return address, NOTHING, just wrapped in a little bag, no one answers email or phone, this is a scam

These are not Keen shoes, but TERRBILE fitting, and sub-par quality you could buy at a Dollar Store for $2.00. PLEASE do not give them your $s. They are a Scam company advertising on FB, stating the company is affiliated with Merrell. These will ship, delayed for weeks, from China!!

These shoes are cheap, and not worth the money! Buyer beware! The advertisement specified Bunion Correction, but they had no support at all! They fit terribly, did nothing for my bunion toe, and I step out of them when I walk. The company would not refund unless I shipped them to their office in China, but the ad said they shipped from the USA. Very sketchy company, horrible customer service.

These are NOT KEEN SHOES. I believe they are rip-offs.

Scam company. Not Keen. Delivery was lengthy. Came in a cheap plastic bag. The soles of the shoes were different than what were purchased. Same shoe on Amazon from another manufacturer for half the price. Support not answering my emails.

I felt in love with the look of these sandals on this website and I quickly ordered 2 pairs. Wowww I am so happy to see them in real now!!! Sooo cuteee and soft. HIGH RECOMMEND!!!
