Pity it is not possible to give a minus rating, bought a garden mirror, arrived broken, many many emails to them no response DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOWER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.

It has been some time now since I said I would give monthly updates on the progress of receiving a refund from Keeto. A purchase in May 2020! Details on previous reviews. Unfortunately I haven’t been able to complete the monthly updates and sadly I have to confess that I have finally given up - something I thought I would never do but this company are beyond belief and the reviews of so many other disappointed people shows how they operate. They simply do not respond to any efforts to contact them.

Do not order anything from this site. They do not fulfil their orders nor do they give a refund. Avoid at all costs.

They don't send out goods, they don't answer e mails, they have no customer service whatsoever.They just basically take your money and don't send out goods. Avoid even if it looks like your could get a bargain, save your money and spend it elsewhere. I am still waiting for a wooden wheelbarrow I ordered in April! No response to any contact.

Why are company's like this allowed to trade, ordered a firepit/bbq, when it arrived it was tiny compared to the picture, it had the grill missing so definitely can't be used as a bbq, Sent 3 emails asking how I return it and not 1 acknowledgement, disgusting. Trading standards need to investigate them.

I bought set scales because they were bluetooth and would link to my phone but when arrived had no instructions contacted customer services and got a reply about 6 weeks later have heard nothing since so wasted my money as unable to use bluetooth as dont know what app. Disgusting service

I ordered a usb speaker, item has not arrived and my account shows order fullfilled ? I have sent 5 emails now to Keeto but had no response, will not be using them again

Don’t buy from Keeto. I bought an extendable hose, which lasted 10 minutes and burst, which cannot be classed as fit for purpose in anybody’s eyes. I have written 2 emails as attached below, but just get totally ignored. Total waste of money. Dreadful company, dreadful experience. I wouldn’t dream of treating my customers this way..

Wish i had looked at these reviews before ordering.....so my experience is that after waiting and waiting for my items to be delivered they finally arrive but.........only three of the seven items ordered actually arrived and two of those were the wrong colour. I have tried to contact customer support via email and via there website on several occasions and there is no acknowledgement absolutely nothing, So i am out of pocket as well as having useless items.

Ordered a spice rack from this company, had an email confirming order had been dispatched, which I was really impressed with, but nothing has arrived. That was on the 10/02/21. I have emailed a twice and not received an acknowledgment.

They dont like returns or persistant contacts,they just ignore them.I have been trying to return a wrong size item since 28/12/20, have contacted them at least twice a week since then,had an email middle of january asking for a pic of item which was sent same day,and heard nothing since then.I foolishly bought another item next size up which arrived within 7 days.they obviously like selling,but not interested in returns issues.

On 15th /12/20 I ordered a set of earrings. I have not received them yet. I have an order number Order #1162620. I have Emailed twice and IM them on Facebook and no response. Please be careful if you are ordering from this site.

10/02/2021. Update:- Still no response even to several messages sent via my paypal account. I have now escalated my complaint to them. I will let you know how I get on.

10/02/2021. Update:- Complaint rectified and refund issued. I just wish Keeto had contacted me before I had to involve Paypal.

Thanks to Keeto for taking the time to respond to my post of 21Dec which is a nice surprise considering that we are all only recently back after the NY break.

Still no response to my email or contact number ending 890

I am pleased to say that I was contacted by the CST who agreed to send me a “cheque” refund. They wanted confirmation of my address so either their electronic records have been lost or they have sold my details to someone else. This was over a month ago now and despite 2 chasers no response ..........or refund !

It’s a shame as Keeto used to be very good, new products at a good price.

Now, however, they no longer respond to any of the contact forms I send. A shirt was delivered with the label saying it was not the size I ordered. They don’t seem to like returns as I had issues the one other time I wanted to return something they argued...

This time, after using the only way to contact them, I’ve not had a reply in over two months - and I’ve now sent two repeat forms...

So beware, if you get the products you ordered, fine...
... if not then from my experience they don’t want to know.

Update: Feb 20
Well after the reply I got from this I did get an email of help.

Good news is they located my order, as for some reason it’s not listed in my Keeto Account, and apologised and said they’d contacted the supplier.

Bad news is that after 6 weeks I’ve not heard a thing from either the supplier or Keeto :-(

As I stated, if you get the products Keeto is typically good, if not and their support doesn’t seem to help. Suppliers won’t communicate with you and Keeto doesn’t proactively help...
Shame they used to provide good support.

… All I got after their reply below was they had contacted their supplier who would be in touch, which they haven’t. As I don’t know who this supplier is I can’t chase this and further contact with Keeto has been ignored… As I said about if you get your goods it’s typically a good deal, if not Keeto just doesn’t seem to care. They don’t seem to care that I’ve said I won’t order anything else until this is sorted, wrong size sent.

Unfortunately, as still no word from their supplier or Keeto on Trustpilot or email (they don’t reply) I have written off seeing what I ordered or any kind of refund or even an apology. Yes, I could get my money back from my credit card but chose to give the item away…

I have now removed myself from their advertising and they have lost a customer for good.

If you get what your ordered I’m sure they are fine…
… just don’t expect ANY SUPPORT if things go wrong.

I have bought through Keeto before and the experience has generally been OK although delivery times can be excessive.

I have now been trying to get a refund for over 7 months but although I initially had emails back from the customer services accepting the delay and then incorrect items being sent, I have had no reply or refund despite numerous follow up emails to Cust Services.

They reported that their supplier had sent the Goodyear products but only a windscreen cloth arrived. I then returned both incorrect items so they have my ££ plus the returned items & postal costs too !

My only recourse is small claims court but I am sure they realise that for £40 + £4 it is a lot of hassle that probably won’t happen. No phone number and no response so my options are limited apart from a legal claim or a drive to Warrington !!!!

I ordered an item from them when it arrived it was not suitable so I emailed them 8 times for an address to send it back and refund me.No replies at all no phone number to contact them.they are the worst firm I have ever dealt with ,'BEWARE

Absolutely shocking customer service. I bought a car vacuum in error. Tried to arrange a return/refund. No response. Decided to give it as a gift so tried it out. Didn't work very well with engine off. Switched engine on an it smoked. Tried again to arrange a return/refund. 3 email attempts later, still no response.

Purchased a rucksack for my grandson on 14 November order no 1161944. I have not received item nor reply to email sent. Terrible service.

Ordered a Christmas present for my wife the 7in1 combination power Dekton tool not received took £148 off me and ignored my emails, also the tracking states every time I check that it’s still with sender! Iv escalated this to my PayPal and will never buy again and I highly recommend no one else does! Frauds
