After several weeks wait, just received pack of 12 toilet rolls. Size is perfect for a doll's house.
This is one of those rare scam/ripoffs, particularly bad at this time of vulnerability and need.
I will try to find every way to leave the worst reviews I can.

Received really cheap quality items - nothing like was advertised - really bad customer service for following up complaint - will never buy from them again

Funny how Keeto manages to reply quickly to a negative review on a public site yet take ages to reply to client emails, fobs you off then finally comes back with answers they have already agreed don't work!

Having placed an order with Keeto, we initially got a confirmation and a tracking number.
This was for a Christmas gift and it’s now February.
Despite numerous emails all they’ll do is send an email saying we’ve forward to the supplier
No telephone number to actually speak to them either.
Appalling customer service.

Crap service bought 36 razor blades which are so blunt i could not even take light stubble off. When i complained and asked for a refund they said due to hygiene they could not make a refund. Even though I only tried one batch. I would never recomend them.

I ordered a heated physio knee brace for my dad for his 80th Birthday and received...a cloud storage device. I had to chase round to try to find an emergency present. Thank god for Amazon prime. I got another knee brace just in time. Paypal are dealing with my refund request as the phone number doesn't exist (dodgy)

Ordered item on 8th Sept 2019, money debited 9th
Item arrived 18th Sept, eventually, and wrong size sent!
I returned said item on 18th with full details enclosed within the package, obtained proof of posting, and waited for the refund of £19.99
and waited
and waited
and waited
and waited.................
10-10-19 Still waiting!! I have sent numerous emails to Keeto with a copy of the proof of posting and have been told it is being sent to the appropriate dept!!??
Guess what....am still waiting for refund!!
I shall never use KEETO even again..........
As a senior person money is tight and the refund is so needed!!
KEETO, get yourselves organised and give me this much needed refund so that I get move on with living!!

keeto the product might be good but there a scam company we sent are goods back with rtuens no and tracked it was signed for but still no refund there just full of bull crap

If there was an opportunity to give no stars I would choose it. I purchased a £39.99 blade less fan and a sports watch, both arrived faulty. You cannot phone customer services, just email, which takes ages before they respond plus half of your complaint is skirted over. I told them that as the fan was unfit for use I thought that they should pay the return cost of £7. 25 which they didn't do, they have said that they will be refunding just the purchase price. The watch wouldn't charge, I was told that they would send a charger which never arrived. I have never in all my time of buying on the internet had a problem like this. I will never use this company again, in my opinion, shoddy items, not fit for use, very poor customer service's, unreasonably long delivery time and not paying the return postage when goods are delivered faulty. I have bought a lot of goods in the past from Groupon and Wowcher and never had a problem with them. KEETO NEVER AGAIN.!!!!

I ordered a fitness trackers since October 2018 which was faulty and was replaced. The replacement became faulty again, I sent emails after emails requesting a refund or replacement and still waiting for a respond from the Company. The product was not fit for purpose, so beware the customer service is appalling they do not respond.

Rated this company last week. STILL waiting for a response from them regarding information to return faulty goods. Customer service is absolutely atrocious. Had I purchased my goods in a shop or any other online site I would not be having this problem. I will never buy from Keeto again. Suppose I will just have to resign myself to losing my money because if I get no response to my emails then I have no chance of getting a refund!!!!

Beware! They highlight free delivery but what they don't tell you is that Yodel are the company that handles the delivery and that you cant track your goods because a generic message comes us that the goods can't be tracked at this time. You also cant use the online chat cos that's also down. I eventually sent an email to "contact us" who wrote back two days later giving me a link to track goods i have been waiting for for almost a month now. Guess what, the link didn't work adding insult to injury. You would have thought they would have checked the link first.. I have sent two additional emails asking where my order: 1143528 which i paid £123.95 is. Keeto have decided to ignore my emails. Thankfully there is trading standards and nobody should have to go through this. When i placed my order i didn't realise they don't have a dedicated customer complaints or tracking line. Now i see why!

Following on from my earlier post, I returned the items to Keeto via recorded delivery on the 7th of February and I am still yet to receive any refund from them. This is totally shocking. I have sent email after email and no reply has been received. Can you tell me when I can be refunded my money? I advise people to not use this company because the customer service is bad.

I bought the magnetic windscreen cover, it has been very useful to use as the weather has been so bad recently. Great website, with useful things to buy

Hi Order Number 1137951..Keeto. Well it has been 2 months and my order is not sorted out.Order has not been deliverd it was due for delivery on 06/12/18. I have sent emails and all I get is it has been sent to relevant department ( bin ) Hoping that I give in about my order. Keeto Get your orders sorted out this is not acceptable. Order is lost/ mist deliverd Stolen. Replace my order or send me a refund.

Impressive. They always sell the things you need at exactly the time you need them. Very clever. I regularly use Keeto, and it's always great value for money.

Reading these reviews,it seems this is the only route to get customer service to answer my email about returning a faulty item.Please help

Ordered off them they have sent me a tracking number which can’t be found when I click the link onto Hermes. I’ve emailed and used the contact page several times on the website still no one has got back to me . It’s a Christmas present and I’m gutted I’ve been let down so badly CustomerService non existent absolutely terrible. There is no phone number I can find do yourself a favour and don’t use this company shocking

Ordered 2 items on 30th Nov. Got a Yodal parcel tracking number which doesn't work on Yodal website. I have emailed Keeto a dozen times and had no reply. Very poor customer service.
