Extremely disappointed
Extremely disappointed. Bought a set of BMI scales and they just didn't work. I explained in detail that they did not work, but was told it was my fault for removing the plastic cover. Then was told that you were supposed to remove the plastic cover.... Returned item weeks ago, but STILL waiting for my refund. Amazon is so much easier to deal with. Will NEVER buy from Keeto again.

Very disappointed
Very disappointed. Bought a dash camera. It does not work keeps turning itself off. the Menu button works only occasionally and the front plastic screen fell off on day one. Like other customers I have been told to send photos so did so but really what does this do? The picture showed a dash camera with the screen blank. I want my money back as this item is cheap rubbish. I reported this the day after the camera arrived

Will never order again from this company. Still waiting for my product that hermes have supposedly delivered to a neighbour. Which neighbour I have no clue and refuse to run around doing there job when I’ve waited in all day for this. Shocking customer service and like I said DO NOT ORDER from these amateurs!!!

I purchased two items within a month
I purchased two items within a month. Delivery was quick but both items were faulty. Paid both via PayPal so was reimbursed with no question for the first item, but the second they wanted a photo showing the fault, which I could not comply with as the fault was that the product would not work.
I returned the item and received a full refund again via PayPal, but I was not reimbursed for the return postage.
The result was okay, but I will be deleting Keeto from my email list as on the on two occasions I ordered from them, both products were cheaply made and faulty.

I ordered 4 items from Keeto at the same time. After 5 weeks (and 3 emails from me) 2 of the items arrived. I emailed again to find out where the remaining items were. I was told that they had been delivered. I responded telling them that they hadn’t and asked where they had been delivered to. I was greeted with another email that ignored my questions and simply told that as a gesture of ‘good will’ my account would be credited with £8. I responded saying that this wasn’t good enough and that I’d like the items resending or a refund for the value of the items - £8 didn’t cover their value. I have since emailed Keeto on numerous occasions and they now simply ignore them. Other than leave reviews I am at a loss as to what to do further. My advice - don’t touch this company with a barge pole.

Received a faulty scooter for my son. Been trying to return it and get a refund since 14th Dec 2017.... I still do not have this resolved!!!!
Had to provide photographic evidence. Continually repeating my request to them but not getting heard.
I would not recommend this company in relation to returns and customer service.
