Amazing! I’ve spent years seeking help from my GP and not got anywhere. During an hour appointment with Helen (dietician) I received more advice and support than I envisaged was available and actually have a plan that should improve my health. For the first time in ages I felt that I was listened to and not just treated as a statistic and given a generic diagnosis and prognosis. The appointment was vey relaxed and there was no pressure to contain the appointment within 10 minutes or only being allowed to deal with one issue as is the case when seeing my GP. I am so pleased that I decided to make an appointment with KFM and for the first time I feel confident about my future. Consequently, other members of my family are also going to book an appointment.

Relaxing and stress-free experience all round, from arrival at the peaceful location - easy to find and park - to the quiet reception and unhurried and friendly consultation with Dr Prince (plus further telephone conversations). Blood sample taken there and then with results in a few days, and prescription emailed immediately with the choice to collect from pharmacy or have delivered next day. I highly recommend.

Great communication with the staff before my visit- excellent level of care from everyone I spoke with. Everyone was so patient and friendly! The tests were done quickly and cheerfully. Pricing is reasonable.

The experience was seamless and so helpful. Dr Becky came on time to see my mother at home, she was genuine and so caring we all felt reassured with a firm short and long term plan. Very appreciative and will use again.

We saw Dr Prince who took excellent care of my 7yo and was so good at sorting out and getting his blood tests too. She made him so calm during the blood tests and he said he didn't feel anything. He had been prepared for the test with numbing cream as well. I would definitely use this practice again and highly recomend.

I find it very easy to book my appointments I need , the receptionists are very friendly and accommodating, helpful to find appointments , the clinic is professional whilst being not too clinical , you are able to relax and get all the care and attention you want and need !

Always a great experience here. And the doctor we saw today was incredible with my 16 year old, spoke to her with respect and in a way that she actually listened to to help her with her meds. Very clear concise and calm. Would highly recommend.

I received an immediate response acknowledging my initial email followed by a telephone call early the next day from the receptionist stating that Dr Prince would phone later on that morning which she did. After a discussion Dr Prince issued a prescription. We were very pleased with the speed of the response & Dr Princes very sympathetic bedside manner. It is great that we know that there is a local private GP we can use when needed.

The dietician, Helen spent an hour and a quarter talking to me about my concerns and goals in great detail. A lovely lady, very easy to talk to. The meeting was followed up by a very detailed plan to help me achieve my goals. Time will tell whether I can stick to it because I do love my food, but after emergency abdominal surgery at the end of last yesterday, I felt I needed to take more responsibility for my health

I was treated with kindness and the practitioner was very knowledgeable. I really feel we can find a way forward..
