Never got lovely twinkling xmas tree lights....wilk never ever ordered off fb ads again. I didn't have a credit card so screwed for $55.92....complete buggers!!! How they can get away with this is unreal

Ordered stuff in December got nothing to this day! Shame on them, took my money.

Ordered stuff 30 November they took money but up till today nothing arrived I have rang my bank and they will refund my money cause I did it on credit card

As everyone else said. Robbing b*stards. The only reason I bought something from them was because they were advertising on Facebook so I thought all would be ok. How wrong I was. Blame Facebook for this s*it.

I order 2 sets of lights Nov. 13-18. Still have not got a refund or the lights. Emailed numerous times. Now it says the store is closed. Why does people always want to scam good people during the holidays!!

Fake rip off company - no help from Facebook and no help from Shopify

To all those people who are commenting on facebook. Here's my experience. Ordered from Kikistars in October and quickly established it as a scam website. I lodged a complaint with Facebook and nothing was done. Lodged a second complaint a few days later and nothing was done. At this point I'm panicking wondering what I could do, Kikistars was still trading, scamming hundreds if not thousands of people out of cash.
I went on the Kikistars advertising page on facebook to tell everyone not to buy, but Kikistars removed my comments and barred me from commenting again. I copied the ad to my personal page and posted it to public telling everyone it's a scam and the post was removed by Facebook. I then reported it to ACTIONFRAUDUK. Nothing happened.
So as a last resort, I posted the first review on trustpilot hoping people would read the review and stop sending them hard earned money. Facebook did nothing to stop this happening. Sorry I couldn't post the trust pilot review quicker.

Same as others ordered twinkly lights and just received a $1 tiny tree!
Put a claim in with bank!

Should have checked here first, ordered the Twinkly lights and got a cheap 2 inch fiber optic tree. I contacted my bank and they are reversing the charges.
I see now the website is gone though a Whois lookup shows it was registered in Flushing, NY. I tried the number registered on the Whois page 917-336-6812 and got a VM, I left a message there also but don't expect a response.

Scammmmmmmmmmm i order the lights from 18/11 and until today no news from them.

Just like the rest. Total scam off of Facebook. I have ordered lots of stuff from Facebook and received it. Now ..... never again. Facebook needs to hear this cause people don’t need to get repeatedly burned before they won’t order from anything. Then they will lose their advertisers.

Same experience as everyone else. Ordered 5 strings of the twinkle LEDs ($250) on 11/18. Emailed on 11/26. Got a response on 11/27 apologizing for the delay, and that they would arrive on 12/7. Just emailed again, and decided to research further, to find their shopify site shut down. Bank of America is now on the trail!

Another scam company feeding off people. Facebook NEED to react to this type of thing! They are getting paid to advertise false scam companies. There should be back round checks done on these bogus companies before they are shoved into our face book pages. Sewer dwelling scum I hope they're caught and have zero luck with my money!!!

I’ve been scammed too ordered 250 LED lights on the 29th October still no lights sent numerous emails ... no reply !!! Makes my blood boil !!! Going to my bank today to see if I can get a refund and hopefully get another bank tracking these disgusting people .

17-12-18 - I contacted Twinkly Customer Support to see if they were aware of this company and this is the response I received:

I wonder if Facebook are actually doing anything to help those scammed. I will no longer buy products advertised on Facebook as I don’t know whether they will be another scam.

UP-DATE: I contacted my bank as I paid with my debit card and I have received a full refund thankfully.

Itooks like I’m another one to add to the list of people scammed by this shameful company. I hope I can get a refund from the card I paid with. Hopefully karma pays them a visit very soon. Perhaps we should all raise a claim against Facebook for allowing this company to con members of Facebook who placed orders with this company thinking they were legitimate because they were advertising their products on Facebook and so persuading Facebook members to place orders with them. Disgusting people who don’t deserve to breathe the same air as us!!!

Scam! KikiStars ripped me off I ordered 225 LED string of Christmas Tree lights and they sent a tiny plastic tree no battery.

I bought a string of 250 led light in october (I paid almost 60€), I sent an email claiming because of the arriving delay and they answered saying it was about arriving one week later.
The package arrived, but inside I found only a small figure of a christmas tree (10 cm) with one led. It would cost less than 1€ in a chinese store!
I was totally scamed. I send a new email but they haven't answered. The online store is out of line.
I will go to my bank and to the police.

THIS IS A SCAM! DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!

Waited two months, then got totally ripped off and total silence from customer service for a week now!

They claim to sell christmas lights but they ruins holidays all over the world!!!

I've ordered these lights on middle october and i've received some reply from kikistars, but after middle noveber... no reply, no lights nothing.
