Like others, bought lights through Facebook ad.
Received a tiny led tree 6 weeks later.
SCAM - AVOID

Joke of a company, ordered Christmas Lights for $65 and got a 3inch Plastic tree probably worth less than £1.

Ordered in October received this joke of an item middle of December.

Now trying to get a refund but of course because it has taken so long, Credit Card company has already paid this.

DO NOT USE THEM !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. You will need to claim for a refund with your bank. I purchased a product from them and they kept giving a new delivery date. Every time i emailed them they would email back with a new delivery by date. That would expire and nothing would arrive. They did give a tracking number which is not valid for either TNT or China post or i suspect any website what- so-ever. I did ask them to give me a direct answer to which site you need to go to enter the tracking number they gave me, this ended all our communication, which of course means the tracking number is fake. THIS IS A SCAM.

I heard all about this company through facebook advertising. So lesson here to all, just because Facebook are displaying some companies advert IT DOES NOT MEAN they have been checked out and arnt a SCAM!. Probably best to in future do a quick google and even TrustPilot and see if the customers are actually getting their goods.

Ordered a santa that walks up a ladder with lights in a hope to surprise my grand children. Heard nothing after a week so chased up to be told there would be a delay then on chasing up a further two times have heard nothing - then come across these reviews - very disappointed to hear that a company feed of people that want to purchase things to make others happy. I do believe in Karma thankfully which helps stop my blood from boiling!

Wish i had read reviews on here first .10% fake con scam website. Ad appeared on Facebook .Every thing other people on here have said is true .KEEP CLEAR

As everyone else has said, this is a scam company! I received a pound shop two inch tall LED Christmas tree, in a squashed box.

AVOID these people.

Ordered two sets of twinkly light, 1 on October 25th and 1 2nd November and have still not received them. Communication from company is shocking.

Placed my order on November 11th and have yet to receive my lights and no one responds to my emails and the customer service number is a joke because it refers you back to email and doesn't allow for you to speak to anyone!

Scam paid $65 dollars for the Twinkly 225 led app controlled xmas lights... on 20 November. twinkly lights from an ad on Facebook... then get a message from manufacturers who say this is a fake website... sent email to KikiStars they said we have a shipper problem... In website it says item not shipped... I’m going to contact my bank fraud dept to look into it...

Just the same story as everybody : I ordered a 50-LED light string 6 weeks ago and I have just received a ridiculous christmas tree. This is clearly a scam and a rip-off. Make sure you stay away from these thieves !

Like everyone else, I got caught buying Xmas lights controlled by an app on your phone. Once I placed the order and the money taken from my account, I noticed the the video showing the lights was computer generated.. tree was spelt wrong (trre!!!). Received a tracking number and told it'll be 15-30 days delivery. Emailed them and surprised to get a reply saying dispatch will be 5th November. Delivery should be 15 days. Then in the same email it was 15 - 30 days. Sent a further email on 1st Dec and was told delivery would be 7th Dec. I asked if it was delivery to me or would I gave to wait a further 15-30 days!! Mmmm no reply so asked to cancel order and refund my money in full as they had not delivered as per their delivery statement on their Ts&Cs. Still no reply!!! AVoid this company on Facebook and check out the other companies that are selling goods on FaceBook!!!!

I have ordered 3 pieces of Twinkly ledlights 225 leds. Got a tracking number, that doesn't work. I sent an email and get a response, that the order was on the way to The Netherlands. I get a little package from China, but it's completely something different from that I ordered. I sent an email "what went wrong". Still no reaction.
