Kikistars can go to hell!

How in the hell do people get away with this crap??? I spent $100 ordering their damn bluetooth Christmas lights, back in Mid November. Nothing ever came, no updates, no lights, no holiday cheer to brighten my season! Fb needs to regulate this $hit!🤬 I've ordered shirts from another online advertiser of fb and the quality looks like my 7 year old son and his friends made it! Actually I'm sure they would've done a better job. 🙄 I guess it's not the holidays unless you're getting scammed! 😤 Makes me sick.🤮 Tomorrow I'll be disputing the charges at my bank. I hope everyone else who was scammed receives a full refund as well.

Well looks like I got scammed too. Unlike some other people here I got absolutely nothing. Kinda wish I at least had the 4 inch tree. Good times

Rip off scam site

Just like everyone else. Saw the ad on Facebook for the Twinkly lights. The rest of the story is the same, with the exception of the small, not requested, plastic Xmas tree. I didn’t even get the junk tree, which is the only good part of the story because not getting the junk tree saved space in my trash can. Visa is investigating my claim. Facebook should also be held responsible for not properly vetting companies that advertise on their site. I will NEVER trust any company or product that advertises on Facebook. California, US

No goods - looks like they are now shut down

No goods - thank heavens for credit card protection! Like everyone else - ordered lights in October - no replies to emails - tracking number from China - 4 inch high led xmas tree with no battery 6 weeks later just so they can send a tracking number to keep you quiet.

Complete scam

Complete scam. Ordered lights from a Facebook advert, goods were "sent", tracking number never worked, they replied to a few emails each answer extending the delivery date. Website now doesn't exist. Opened a "charge back" with American Express who have already refunded my money and are investigating Kikistars.

Shame you can't give zero stars!

It's a shame you can't give a zero stars review! No sign of product, last email correspondence was 2 weeks ago and told product on the way. Now don't believe it for a second. Just glad I paid with a credit card so have some kind of protection.

Similar experience to everyone else. Scam

Similar experience to everyone else. Ordered from them 2 months ago. Lots of promises for delivery, none of which were ever met. Then they disappeared. Kicking myself I didn't check here 1st.
Don't buy from them. Total scam artists.
