Ordered an item as everyone else who has left a review, my item has not arrived. I contacted the manufacturer of the product I ordered and they confirmed by return email that Kikistars.com either do not send your order or worse, send counterfeit goods.....Avoid!

Update 11th December 2018
Now contacted my bank and a credit of the goods purchased were applied instantly with little to no questions asked....I suspect this site is known to the banks for scamming customers.

BAD company avoid, looks American but I would suggest it is more likely slightly further to the east,. They do not respond, Do not sent the product, tracking just says not dispatched and has done forever but they are amazing at how quick they take your money.

My wife purchased a product and obviously never got or is going to get it. Trying to claim a reversal from the bank.
The giveaway is that they used a lets encrypt free cert. This need no validation of a business / address so should be a red flag to anyone suspicious.

It's a scam pop up site. Will give you a tracking# and never send the item purchased. Avoid at all costs.

Placed order, received tracking information promptly, waited ten days for tracking information to update just as the link (China Post) instructed me to. The link advises that anyone can obtain a tracking number without ever intending to use it. They also advise that after ten days, you should contact the company to get more info on the order. (could be out of stock). The numbers on the website do NOT work at all. I called the credit card company and was told that if the merchandise was not delivered in 15 days from the order date, then to call them back and start fraud charges and charge back proceedings. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!

Avoid! Scam company who just want to steal your money. No response to email, fake tracking number after 2 weeks and no product since early october

They are not responding to emails, and the tracking code what they sent is not valid. Full of fake informations! Scam!

ANOTHER SCAM COMPANY - AVOID. This looks like another Chinese company formed shortly before Christmas with the sole purpose of taking as much money as possible from you without delivering the goods. Very poor communication once you have placed your order. Tracking number supplied is not recognised at all via tnt. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEARTACHE AND AVOID. Chargeback applied for. It now looks like they've rebranded as Home & Garden for Christmas. Avoid!

UPDATE: Received full refund today (4/12/18) using the Chargeback system with my credit card company. If its under £100 use chargeback. Over £100 make a section 75 claim.

There is a free template on the 'Which' website. Fill that in, send it to your card provider. Good luck
